the location is wonderful...just steps from restaurants and shopping... and so close to the beutiful mountains

limited electric sockets in room...lighting in room was not excellent

The pool area was great...Also so close to all the places I like to in PS!

No snack area...

Location was excellent. Centre of town. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful, especially a young man who helped us with directions to Vegas.Pool and gardens were lovely.

No in room safe. Safe deposit at reception but not suitable to put I pads or laptops. Only wallets and passports would fit in. The a/c unit in our room 224 was very noisy.But otherwise an excellent hotel.

Location

Pool facilities were great, location was very central to Palm Springs town (right in the centre), room quality and balcony was very good. Seemed good value for money Vs. other hotels in the same area.

Suggest the hotel revamps the pictures of the pool area - the hotel as a whole was much lovelier than the photos suggested. Other than that, no negative feedback.

The location is great. Walkiing distance from shops and restaurants.

The airconditioning unit was super load and when set on auto , woke me up several times through the night. You could also use more lounge chairs at the pool or in the grassy area. If we hadn't saved chairs early in the morning, by 9am we were out of luck.

Rooms were small, small pool, often unable to get a pool chair, no bar/refreshments

love all the staff they were all very helpful n the hotel is very kids friendly. Thank you we enjoyed our stay

Good location in Palm Springs

I loved how peaceful the resort was and I loved the hanging lanterns at night. It was also very close to Palm Spring's night life and Thursday Night's Street Faire

Television was blurry at times. Bed was rather hard

Location, Location

Extra charges such as Resort fees of $15.00 per day which were listed on the bill when I checked out. I was not notified of these fees when I booked through Booking.com. I was very disappointed with these fees and will not book through Booking.com in the future. This also happened to me when booking two rooms on the island of Kona this past year. Richard Kelly

I requested for a fume free room and they definitely provided me with one and my family were so impressed with the cleanliness of the room itself. My little one who btw is very picky with beds fell asleep comfortably with the bed we had. She was mesmerized with our room which is overlooking at the hotel's pool. Overall, I'm overly satisfied and will definitely come back=)

Close to restaurants, bars, shopping. We parked our car and walked everywhere we went.

The location to the main strip of shops and restaurants was excellent. The staff were very hard working and accomodating. The beds were very comfortable and although somewhat dated great for a mature couple.

There are signs of cosmetic neglect in the outdoor ceilings where some holes are present. This would only be noticed if you look for it though.

Very close to the best restaurants and shops on Palm Canyon drive. Wonderful inner courtyard with heated pool, hot tub and sun deck. Grapefruit, palm and orange trees. Rooms are large and each has a private deck and convenient desk.

Rooms are looking a little worn down. You can hear your neighbors through the wall, especially the sound of the TV. We had a musky smell in our room but it was probably due to the slow-draining shower.

I visited as a single traveler,traveling for my first time,and alone palm mountain was very inviting ,comfortable,relaxing and accommodating,i truley enjoyed my visit and will definitely recommend to others,GREAT JOB you guys!!!

Great location, good parking

Rooms are just average at best. Heater/ac is very noisy

My friend and I liked the location. The room was quiet and spacious. The bathroom was very nice and the bed was comfortable. It was an excellent value for the price.

Location, near the downtown shops and restaurants, can walk everywhere

Poor lighting inside room by microwave, coffee maker, add on resort fee charge for WiFi, local calls, parking. This is just a money grab by resort. No in room safe, but have safety deposit boxes at front desk.
