Gorgeous decor, perfect location, friendly staff. I would definitely go back to Dream :)
Lighting was dull and switches were hard to understand and timers kept dulling lights
Nice room, good bed and pillows, good shower. Location is great. The beach service is also really nice.
The lights are too dark. You have the impression you are in a night club. Not so nice to stay inside if not too sleep. Still a bit too expensive for what it delivers.
The rooms were too dark and very hard to work the lights
We will join you next year as well!! Thank you very much for the great service!
Rooms were spacious and modern decor but brighter light options and it's switches could be bettered. Location is perfect, close to Ocean drive but away from the craziness and noise. Oscar the concierge was excellent, in fact all the staff were friendly and very helpful.
Darkish rooms and complicated light switches.
Spacious room and great shower in a fantastic location. Super clean and great design!
Lightning a drama - each day it was the same game of turing every light on and off x times to find the correct light. Wardrobe super small, we had to live out of the luggage... and guys the elevator is a drama- the slowest elevator we have seen!
Super room . Supe r service
Loud boom box noise all the time. No napping or reading possible. Take the back west section and have it a quiet section.
Everything was beautiful and the best was the attention we got from the staff, Javier was more than welcoming he was a gentleman.
Comfy bed 100 ft from the beach
Confusing light switches Weak water pressure on shower Small room, no where to sit
The free hirer beach loungers was a bonus. The room were clean and quirky.
It was a little over priced
By far the location was excellent.
Pool area needs to be updated.
Very modern hotel. Pool area was great. Loved the Mexican restaurant that is within the hotel.
The rooms could do with a coffee machine. Most hotels in the US of this standard have one.
Great location, the staff were lovely, we even got a glass of bubbly on chexk in. Sexy, comfortable rooms with mood lighting and a brilliant shower and amenities.
Thin walls and pretty noisy.
Very close to all attractions. South beach, Lincoln rd mall, Collins ave, Washington Ave, the old Versace mansion are all walking distance. Free WiFi
Rooms need repainting; walls scratched etc. Poor lighting in bathroom. Can be noisy due to location.
This hotel is the same as sleeping in a club with music constantly going at all days and nights. The staff placed us in a room next to the penthouse I could recite the exact conversations people's had at parties they allowed all night with sometimes 20-30 people's in the room. Called security many times they were useless with no follow up. The walls are paper thin and so expensive for how little you get sleep or rest to enjoy your vacation. I had a 5 month old that barely slept and was woken up at all hours of the night! Heartbreaking. Even if you are 20 this hotel is awful and simply unprofessional staff that don't care about your concerns. I am horrified by the fact that I paid 2000$ for the worst hotel ever. Never again and will do even to try and take this further by writing to the dream hotels management
The staff was so welcoming at our arrival and we felt pampered the whole time.
I can't really complain about anything. We will be returning.
A block from the beach. Room 355 was very quiet, even though the hotel is on Collins Ave. Nice staff. Great restaurant Naked Taco.
The massage at the spa was mediocre. The concierge was super nice however his restaurant recommendations didn't work for us. We found places with way better food ourselves.
we specifically requested a room ( we had two) with king size bed and and extra bed for my 9 yrs old son. We got there after a 22 hour long flight to find no extra bed. No staff offered us any help or different room and we were willing to pay. the three of us had to sleep in one bed.
The room was gorgeous. The pool was beautiful. The location is great. We were near inexpensive places to eat. You do get charged $9.99 a day for beach chairs and towels, regardless if you use them or not. We definitely took advantage of it though, but the beach set up was great also.
The bellmen did not help us with our bags to our room the first day nor did he ask. The pool is only 3 ft. 6 inches. The first night we stayed we woke up to sugar ants, but they did move us and put us in a suite.
The poor lighting and lack of full body mirror for dressing purposes.
*The location is excellent, you are a couple of blocks away from amazing, white sand South Beach and many restaurants and bars. *Hotel is well maintained, nice rooftop with pool (although didn't use it). Super slow elevators.
*Shady pricing practices: 'Total price' shown at booking.com should be total price. That's why it's called 'TOTAL'. Stop hiding small print and tacking on the 13% extra in taxes and fees at the end. *The bathroom has NO privacy at all. An open shower is ok, but the rest of the small bathroom *must* have a way to be private. Awkward. *Front desk personnel: Victor and some others, amazing. But one front desk staff had the most blatant 'screw the customer' attitude I've experienced in a hotel in years. Heated discussion should not be necessary to get a 1 hour late check out, on a Monday - especially, if you can easily grant it, as it was indeed the case. *Would not recommend or stay again. *There are many similar options, in similarly great locations, for way better prices. If not, look at apartments for rent - might be a much better deal.
The location was fine if you're going to the beach (we weren't).
Figuring out how to turn the lights on and off shouldn't be that hard for two millennials who use iPhones, iPads, and computers all day long. Also, the door to the toilet is see through and doesn't close, so, um, you better be pretty tight with the person you're rooming with. If you're not, you will be by the time you leave this hotel.
A parking lot very close. A beautiful design.
Very small room, not enough place for suitcases
