Very good breakfast buffet for 7 dollars (exept on sundays then brunch for 20 dollars) To far from strip to walk. It is a playboy hotel ! Very nice pool. Expensive drinks at the pool. |

Free upgrade to the better (non smoking) Paradise tower where the rooms were actually clean and didn't wreak. They were quite nice, actually (except the "disco" hallway is ridiculous to any adult). Maids didn't always come until evening. Didn't always clean well, either. |

The concierge services were excellent. Caitlin should work for Donald Trump! I hated the location. The casino was small and not up to par with other casinos in Vegas. The front hotel tower could use a makeover inside and out. The views were unimpressive. The food court looked cheap. The pools could have had more shade. Our first room had sink and toilet issues and although the sink was worked on someone left cigarette stench in our non-smoking room. |

It's a great party place!!! Seriously! I was there on a weekend: Extra charges everywhere, specifically for the gym, wireless internet access. No VIP or extra privileges to get into the Palms bars and clubs cheaper and/or quicker for Palms residents. |

The variety of restaurants was good, room was nice, bed really comfortable, pool area clean and nice. Some of the staff was really service minded, friendly and helpful. Since our booking included breakfast, we should have gotten it without having a discussion about it with the staff at the reception desk. |

I enjoyed the night life at the clubs. They were all amazing. I like the casino floor and the food court there was convienant. i disliked that we had to wait in line forever for the clubs. We were told that we needed to to buy an all access pass and we would not have to wait in line and just show them our room key and we would go in the express line. We waited over an hour and a half to get in. My brothers stayed there as well and he bought bracelets for 20.00 more. Had the host tell us that we would of got in much faster. |

All of the hot spots were in one hotel, saved us a bundle on taxis. Also liked that they had a shuttle to the Strip. The staff were friendly and knowledgable, giving input on other places to go/see. The shuttle didn't operate often enough, would be nice to have one once an hour or once every two hours. |

Bed was comfortable, good restaurants, bars. The hotel is very understaffed. Upon arrival we loaded up our own bellhop cart and wheeled it into our hotel. We attempted to check in early at 1:30 and they told us they'd call us when our room was ready. This was at 4:45 and only one room was ready. They did not offer us any show passes or upgrade for the inconvenience. At check out we called for a bellhop to help us with our bags-and no one ever showed. I have never experienced such poor service at a hotel/casino in Vegas. We would not stay at the Palms again. It's fun to visit-but they do not treat their guests very well at all. |

Fantastic nightlife. Some of the best nightclubs in Las Vegas. Incredible pool area. Very expensive. No HD tv. Shower head was very weak. Tap water tasted foul - and buying the bottled water was expensive. |

The room was no more than I expected for the rate and the type of hotel - ie very good - but more than I expected due to its location. We had a problem with the room not been cleaned on the first night - this happens - the hotel were quick to address the problem when phoned - a good response The location of the hotel was said in its ad on the web to be near the "strip". I feel this was over sold on the website and I was disappointed - I would have paild more to be on the other side of the road - It was not near and access to the strip was not easy without extra cost via taxi |

The only good thing was the location. Did not like the staff no smile no greeting and the poor organization of the club lines. Also, this hotel is old there is too much hype for a dingy room that is not a deluxe room, in either tower. I am very upset at the rooms here they are far from being luxurious!Next time I'll make sure I stay at the Mandalay! |

I liked the easy access to the Palm Pearl, the rooms were a good size and the bathroom was very roomy. It is not too massive a hotel and was easy to get around in. The shuttle service could have been more often as we spent a lot on taxi service. This may keep us from staying there next time. We were there for the 30 Seconds To Mars conert and that was excellent. |
