great staff freindly helpful just all around great service
service in the 24/7 cafe was really bad
Room is quite comfortable - great bath - easy to sleep bed. The restaurants here are excellent - Alize may be the best restaurant in all of Las Vegas. Pool scene is fantastic. Shuttle form the hotel to the strip. Staff are kind and professional. I will return here in a heartbeat
Clerk at check in was great. I needed a noon checkout which day staff denied.
11 a m check out
beautiful and very comfortable hotel room, large window covering the whole wall, very nice staff, early check-in available for FREE upon room availability
on the map it looked like the hotel was close to the trip but there are no roads enabling to walk there from the Strip, so you have to take a taxi or use a shuttle going to the Forum shops (but it goes only until 8 p.m.)
The Palms has made some nicer upgrades since the last time I stayed there, room decor, free shuttle and the buffet.
We liked everything the state was wonderful we definitely will return to stay again
There wasn't anything that I didn't like
The public area and facilities were clean. The room was neat and trendy, Can really find anything critical to say. I had a blast at the PALMS!
The view from our room was spectacular
Everything the room was georgeous, the view from the room was phenomenal, we ordered hey fillet mignon and a salmon both were outstanding and perfectly cooked, the room service was phenomenal
- Big room - Very friendly staff - Fast elevator - Had late check-out - Comfortable bed - Great view - Very modern looking - Loved the bathroom setting
- Housekeepers knocked on the door twice before 10:00am (check-out time is at 11:00am). - Dress shirt pin found on the chair! This is a huge no-no. - One mirror clip was broken, so mirror was hanging loosely. - Room was loud
The first time in Vegas, price is very reasonable.
the restaurant always full of people and we have to wait for a long time.
Wonderful newly remodeled rooms with comfortable beds; 24/7 $5 blackjack tables. Great restaurants with good food.
I had trouble checking in as they couldn't find my reservation; once they found it, there were no other problems.
Near malls and restaurants
The smoking in the Casino
Employees were nice.
The per night +resort fee+tax, this could increase your bill by$500 for a six night stay. The shuttle stops at 8pmnot a help at all if you won't to see shows on the strip. Didn't feel like a resort at all.
The staff, service, price , and location.
Overall good vibe. Food is great, rooms are great, everything is on point for my needs.
Everything has been great thus far.
The room smells like sewer. I have to buy a room freshener. When you use the sink it smells like sewer backing up. I tried to spend time in the room as little as possible.
What a great hotel. Excellent rooms and great staff
The Mcdonalds was terrible.
Lots of friendly people and staff. Great rooms, quiet and very comfortable.
After enjoying ourselves the casino, we started experiencing an ever increasing burning of our eyes. Friends we were with say the same thing. Resort fees are too high!
The hotel was very down and accommodating to our needs. We received a lot of benefits for staying here as well, such as free access to the ghost bar and other amenities. We enjoyed the look of the hotel and the view from our
Hotel was clean. Staff was nice.
Majority of staff did not know what events were happening. Nightlife was minimal. Only bar open was Ghost bar and DJ would not play to the crowd. All other bars had no entertainment.
Having to pay resort fees will never be ok for me! It should be optional only if you use the services no matter what hotel you stay at! Every thing else at palms, excellent!!!
The staff was amazing, food was awesome and MY ROOM.....comfy and luxurious....Just wish I had more time to play in the pools!!!
Beds were very comfortable, and bath tub was wonderful!
Options for brighter lighting.
did not get the room I reserved online on two different occasions within the past 30 days.
the food court.
no toilet paper, no soap, the shower didn't work properly. Some pictures show something that is not longer there, like the playboy area... In other words, I didn't like my experience at this place. You better go to the golden nuggets!!!!!!!
