Big room! Big bathroom!! comfy beds!!! Friendly staff...great stay! The Ghost bar so much fun!
it was very late...or very early in the morning ;) but some of the waitresses down at the casino were a little rude...hatters!!
It is well situated and our room had grandiose view Buffet is good value for money
Neighbors were super noisy 24/7 No signs of cleaning for 3 days Wi-fi didn't work Bed frames are hard and of that type you cannot help but running into - I got a big bruise as a result.
It was clean, fresh, and fun. All the amenities that I needed, stayed on the 12th floor and had a wonderful view. Liked it all around!
only one thing, the front desk clerk in the morning while waiting to check out was busy (no problem), but never acknowledged our presence thought the wait was lengthy and was curt when checking us out.
Cleanness and atmosphere, and cinema services
Jacuzzi which was one of the reasons for choosing of this concrete hotel and type of number was not working at the first day. There was a mess during the check-in. That spoiled all of impressions from hotel.
Pool closes at 6:00p what the heck!!!
I loved the pool it was beautiful! The staff were always so helpful and the private elevators for 50th-53rd floors were a great convenience.
There's a weird smell in the casino and it's not cigarettes but it made my hair smell constantly. I'd stay there again though.
Everything was awesome
Car Velet servise. Friendly Dealer. The Poker foreknow Reader.
Sofa in the swimming is too expensivepool for the hotel guests.
Good value for money room was good size
swiming pool staff asking for id if u want to buy drinks even we were in fifties and sixties
The view from ghostbar!
I was very disappointed first of all you pay resort fees and you can't even use your Wi-Fi in the room I had To walkout of my room into the casino lobby to get some access, the vending machine was on water for the three days that I stood there the bed was so uncomfortable. customer service front desk was horrible.
Everything from the room to staff all was excellent. Will recommend to others and will go there again.
Very nice place to stay...
there is nothing special about this hotel that is worth mentioning.
we were on the ninth floor (starting at 7th floor) and 3 or 4 floors down there was the air-condition outlets from the casino and it was terribly loud!
High floor, nice view and beautiful room.
I stay in 53 story, just below the ghost bar, Friday and Saturday night always stop by security. Irritating.
We asked for a better room because it was our first trip to Vegas. We were two couples and instead of our two rooms the young lady offer us a sky villa on the 33th floor which was AMAZING !
A bit older hotel but still very very nice. To distant for The Strip walk.
Check in was fast! No wait
Price wasn't so good because of the basketball tournament in town, and I was celebrating my birthday not a basketball game. The next week the prices drop $50 dollars because that tournament is over... I hope next year it's not the same... :(
Room was very modern and clean.
Cigarette butts and ash around pool and hot tub.
the room was clean and comfortable
when you called the front desk nobody would answer the phone
Such a fun hotel! The staff was great to work with as well
I wish the pool would have been open since the weather was so nice. Also, if the internet would have had a better connection that would have made my stay just that much better.
The hotel overall
Employees all have attitude at the front desk
They have this "Resort Fee" that they charge even if you dont use those services ...
Away from the strip! But it has 3 fine restaurants and a Food Court next to a movie complex with 14 theatres! That makes it Cool...
The room was big and really beautiful and clean.
For casino it didn't really have a lot of great options either for eating or for doing things other than gambling at the hotel. It's a little ways off the strip and although it doesn't look far on the map, because of the traffic and congestion it's expensive and time-consuming to get from the hotel to the strip. It took us 45 minutes to get just a mile and a half away via a cab ride. If you're planning to stay at the palms and not go anywhere else the prices are reasonable and the rooms are very comfortable--but if you're going to have the Vegas experience I wouldn't recommend it not only because it's far from everything, but also because there's not a lot going on at the hotel itself and because the restaurants range from terrible to barely mediocre.
wifi is working, it's extremely slow
The spaces in and around the lobby, room was good.
There was not a coffee maker , or fridge.
