Nothing in the hotel.
We chose this hotel for the location, we wanted a view of the strip for a short distance to enjoy the Las Vegas skyline. We were not disappointed! The staff was great and the facility was also great. The room was fantastic and exceeded our expectations.
Everything was great except for the $$ you pay for the drinks inside the rooms I think that's ridiculous but other than that it was great!
I was traveling with my young kids and a new born, I needed water for my baby and I Couldn't believe that I was going to pay $6 for that bottle of water and $5 for a can of soda and we didn't realize until I had open the bottle and the soda. I thought water was courtesy of the hotel I think we pay more than enough to get at least a bottle of water for free.
Big room! Big bathroom!! comfy beds!!! Friendly staff...great stay! The Ghost bar so much fun!
it was very late...or very early in the morning ;) but some of the waitresses down at the casino were a little rude...hatters!!
Stayed at palms in the middle of july , smack in the middle of summer. Pool closing at 6pm is NOT ACCEPTABLE in Las Vegas during summer. The pool at the travelodge was open later I think.
It is well situated and our room had grandiose view Buffet is good value for money
Neighbors were super noisy 24/7 No signs of cleaning for 3 days Wi-fi didn't work Bed frames are hard and of that type you cannot help but running into - I got a big bruise as a result.
the breakfast was awesome. Room was good, bed was great!
Shuttle to strip suckes, needs to run more often.
It was clean, fresh, and fun. All the amenities that I needed, stayed on the 12th floor and had a wonderful view. Liked it all around!
only one thing, the front desk clerk in the morning while waiting to check out was busy (no problem), but never acknowledged our presence thought the wait was lengthy and was curt when checking us out.
Cleanness and atmosphere, and cinema services
Jacuzzi which was one of the reasons for choosing of this concrete hotel and type of number was not working at the first day. There was a mess during the check-in. That spoiled all of impressions from hotel.
Pool closes at 6:00p what the heck!!!
I loved the pool it was beautiful! The staff were always so helpful and the private elevators for 50th-53rd floors were a great convenience.
There's a weird smell in the casino and it's not cigarettes but it made my hair smell constantly. I'd stay there again though.
Everything was awesome
Car Velet servise. Friendly Dealer. The Poker foreknow Reader.
Sofa in the swimming is too expensivepool for the hotel guests.
Good value for money room was good size
swiming pool staff asking for id if u want to buy drinks even we were in fifties and sixties
The view from ghostbar!
I was very disappointed first of all you pay resort fees and you can't even use your Wi-Fi in the room I had To walkout of my room into the casino lobby to get some access, the vending machine was on water for the three days that I stood there the bed was so uncomfortable. customer service front desk was horrible.
Everything from the room to staff all was excellent. Will recommend to others and will go there again.
Very nice place to stay...
there is nothing special about this hotel that is worth mentioning.
we were on the ninth floor (starting at 7th floor) and 3 or 4 floors down there was the air-condition outlets from the casino and it was terribly loud!
High floor, nice view and beautiful room.
I stay in 53 story, just below the ghost bar, Friday and Saturday night always stop by security. Irritating.
We asked for a better room because it was our first trip to Vegas. We were two couples and instead of our two rooms the young lady offer us a sky villa on the 33th floor which was AMAZING !
A bit older hotel but still very very nice. To distant for The Strip walk.
Check in was fast! No wait
Price wasn't so good because of the basketball tournament in town, and I was celebrating my birthday not a basketball game. The next week the prices drop $50 dollars because that tournament is over... I hope next year it's not the same... :(
Room was very modern and clean.
Cigarette butts and ash around pool and hot tub.
the room was clean and comfortable
when you called the front desk nobody would answer the phone
