Hairs in the bed, on the toilet, in the tub. Garbage on the ground. There were stains everywhere you looked- on the couch, the chairs, the bed linens, and even the curtains (how does that happen!?!?) It was the only place with a vacancy. For good reason. Enter at your own risk. The desk people were friendly I will admit.
Breakfast was welcome and tasty, not a lot but good
Wi fi ok but could be better
WiFi very poor
very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean Breakfast was good and handled efficiently.
I did not like that you had to go to the lobby and ask for ice for the ice bucket.
Cold water only was available in shower, stained blankets and walls, tile in shower and bathroom floor was cracked
The quick only 2-choice hot breakfast was ok...too many people crowding the little coffee area...
The greyhound bus goes there, so in the small lobby you don't know if they are a guest or tracker. Some interesting "habit problem"looking people there.i guess getting a nights sleep inside or partying with others.
Only half the lights had bulbs in them, too much $$$ for that level of room, chasing crickets around my room. Charged more than my reservation with "Booking.com" , said it wasn't billed correctly and charged me an additional $33 dollars for my stay.
-The mold growing on the air conditioning unit, plus all the dirt on the unit -Dead bugs all over the ceiling -Dirty, musty smell-it was so bad we had to wash all of our clean clothes because they reeked -Missing baseboards -Stuff pulled off the walls and not patched -Moldy growths in the shower-and filthy tub. Water constantly dripped. Husband and I decided we would wait to shower until we made it to our final destination -Constant "traffic" in the parking lot all night long-coming and going every 30 mins-1 hour. -Made my husband go outside to get my flip flops because the floor was so gross we didn't want our bare feet touching it. We also kept our luggage on the desk and chair so it wouldn't touch the floor -Nasty stains on the mattress and box spring -Garbage, broken tables, boxes sitting in a huge pile in the lobby -We left at 6am because we couldn't sleep and were so disgusted!
Room was out of date and very basic. The room was shabby in appearance and smelly. Bed linen had seen better days. Did not even stay for one night. As soon as saw rooms we booked out.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The room was outdated, falling apart, and very noisy. The water smelled terrible and the other occupants were very loud. The room was not private and you could hear everything that was going on outside at all hours of the night.
The guy in reception was very attentive, understanding, and apologetic about the hotel's amenities. He did give us (and others) a $20 refund on the room price to make up for the issues that we experienced.
Terrible. In room Wi-Fi does not work - had to use the wi-fi in the lobby. There was a table in the room but no chairs. There was stuff to make coffee in the room but no coffee maker. Lots of unsavoury characters milling around the hotel parking lot because of the bus stop and liquor store beside the hotel. Police cruisers did come by the hotel a few times and warned us to make sure all valuables were out of the car. The guy in reception spent most of his time apologizing to customer complaints about the hotel's amenities and offering discounts as they demanded full refunds.
Families living there, people hanging around smoking, drinking beer, smelly, questionable area of town
The staff was great. We arrived later than planned but the staff was good about it.
What I didnt like was there was not enough paking close to the room. I had to park outside the front lobby and walk across the parking lot to the other side of the hotel to get to my upstairs room which was a slight inconvenience. The room was not clean. Bathtub/shower was not in clean condition. The carpet was sticky yuk! overall very disappointed . I stayed in the Palms in Santa Clara , CA and this was no comparison! That facility was clean the breakfast was fabulous and the grounds were kept immaculate! I was disappointed.
Sketchy, drug deals, no wi fi as advertised. Literally a drug ring running through the place. Don't go!
Parfait !! Petit déjeuner vraiment bien ...
Friendly staff, wi-fi worked.
This was not what we had in mind at all. When we arrived the gentleman at the check in desk was very friendly and said he had a great room for us. When we drove around the building to our room there were a number of people standing around and food being sold out of the back of several vehicles. The room had a smell that caused my mate to have an allergic reaction. There was no flat screen t.v., the internet did work, the room was small and cramped, the shower very old and worn, the faucet at the sink was so close to the basin you could not get a hand under it. We decided to drive home instead of stay the night after the event we were in town to attend. We did not have a comfortable feeling about the entire ordeal.
Water not hot. Bed was too hard firm Room had a smell Need to be updated
I booked over the internet and did not realize the area it was in. The room was old, dirty, and a bit scary. Would never stay again.
Nice spacious room and pretty landscaping with pool.
Location made it difficult to find easily and not in a great neighborhood or near good restaurants.
cleaning or own room at 2am with 3 kids and all the tweekers walking around outside
the staff being very helpful. they opened the pool so we could swim in the morning. Thank you
The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was the best of all the places I stayed on the trip. The staff are very friendly and fun to talk to.
The location I would have said was good until some of the long-term guests started bring the prostitutes (yeah ... really). The Wi-Fi connected but signal was so week and signal so slow it really didn't work.
wifi would work for a minute and then crash. Tub was peeling and there were holes in the bathroom door.
not much to like about this place
room looked old and worn even though they claim a recent remodel, carpet below vanity sink was soaked, placed white towel to soak it up...towel turned brown from the filth! Room photo on website must have been of one special room because ours was nothing like it, area around facility looked shady....never go here again....Booking.com should check places better before adding places like this to their website...
Price was good, friendly staff
Room swamp cooler very noisy! Needs replacing. Carpet very filthy, tv needs more channels and the breakfast needs to offer more than pancakes.
