Excellent hotel. Great view to the Strip. In the evening you can sit in your room and see the lights in front of you. I belive any other hotel in Las Vegas has such an excellent view. Huge room with Tv and kitchenette, including a dishwasher. Nice bathroom with a big jaquzzi bath. On the second floor swimmingpool with sunbeds & towels. Direct connection to the Palms, where you can find casinos, cinema, buffet.Everything just perfect in this hotel and its a very quiet hotel, compare with other hotels. Fast check in and out. Balcony doors are looked, so I couldn't do a photo from the balcony.

Big nice room and great bathroom for the money Too far from the strip so you spend a lot of money in cabs which makes it more expensive than the big name resorts when you add up the room and the cabs, no restaurants to eat at just Simon so if going for vacation its much better to stay at one of the resorts on the strip. As a business hotel its ok. Didn't like the nightly resort fee bc its really not a resort so its really a wifi fee.

Had problems at check in & check out. Wad misinformed about the paymeand refunds. When speaking to the manager she didn't seem to care or be understanding & willing to work with us. Makes me think twice about staying here agaiain. I've been to Vegas many times and usually stay at a hotel on the strip & never had as many problems as I experienced here. I was highly disappointed.

The room was wonderful, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was like my own home away from home. There was, however, a stain on the sectional sofa in the living room area. Turn down service was great, though. There was a full kitchen, that I never used, as well as 2 flats screen televisions that never got turned on, except to check out. A nice detail was the ipod dock/alarm clock. As far as front desk service, the concierge was a bit curt and didn't seem very friendly. I thought their main job was customer service. Also, I was so happy with my room, I called down to the front desk to stay another night, and was quoted the price of $89, since the following night was Sunday. Upon checkout, the tv screen read $189/night for 2 nights. I called downstairs to inquire about this, saying I probably wouldn't have extended my stay if I had known the rate was the same for both nights. She said there was nothing she could do for me at that point. The accomodations were very nice, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but the service is terrible and I will take my business elsewhere when visiting Las Vegas.

The room was spacious and very nice. The locatgion is off the strip but that is actually a plus. You avoid most of the traffic and the strip is very close. The staff is rude. They seem genuinely bothered whenever you interact with them. I left and returned to the resort no less than 50 times and I was not greeted once by the staff who are present in the lobby. They are very rigid and inflexible. The Palms also presents itself as a luxury resort but they seriously removed a blender from my room after 3 days and then offered to return it but only after a tense exchange and only if I paid an additional deposit on the room. A luxury resort that argues with it's guests over the use of a blender?

This place was amazing I was very satisfied with my stay and cant wait to return so i can stay there again. The rooms were huge and very clean. there was a comfortable Jacuzzi bath tub in the bathroom that felt amazing i stayed in a king studio suite and there was a comfortable couch there with two big flat screens on the wall. I would definitively encourage anyone going on a weekend trip to Vegas to stay here, I didn't even want to leave the comfort. I have no complaints about this hotel or its service provided.

We liked everything about it. The view was amazing. The jacuzzi tub was big. The shower was awesome. Some of the people that stay there think they're waaaaay too cool. LOL!! Oh, and when you pay the resort fee they give you a $15 a night drink voucher, which is cool, but when we went to use the first one, the bartender made us feel like idiots for using it. We didn't use the second nights. HAHA..

The room space was excellently furnished. We were impressed with design and layout. Also, the view of the strip was quite impressive. Although Palms Place is not on the strip, it holds up on its own, and the drive to the strip (Bellagio area) isn't too far. We were treated with a calm oasis in a city full of lights and sounds. We definitely recommend!

I love the luxury of the Hotel Spa 2 TV's in room and one in the bedroom along with phone, although we didn't use phone in the bath area it felt right. I absolutely like the fact that this side of the hotel didn't smell like Cigarettes. Most of all it was a pleasure to bath in the TUB with the jets now that was yummy. LOL ! This is not a complaint just want you to be aware that I saw this guy putting his Cigarette out on the wall and walk away cigarette burning on carpet after I put it out, myself and another guy had words with the man so he went back to make sure the cigarette was out.

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. It was also a reasonably short walk through the Sky Tube to the casino. No direct access to parking garage, had to walk around through the valet area, then outside, then into the parking garage.

The room was rather fancy. The view from the room was nice. You can see the strip. The bed was amazing. Mini bar is well equipped. The design was plasticy. The room was not very clean. You don't get a personal service. The hotel is far from the strip. Very expensive amenities.

Dark, ugly halls and rooms. A lot of dust on top of a cabinet, old furniture in a room. Aside of Strip street, need a cab to get to most of the attractions. A small pool on the 6th floor.
