The staff was great, an room service was swift.
Could not use the balcony in my room.
the front desk took it upon themselves to double and triple charge everyones card for miscellaneous charges I've never explain what they were. To this day, I am still trying to get the billing straightened out with the hotel. I order a debit card with a new card number to stop the charges
Balcony not accsessible, Kitchenette not equipped, no dishes, no silverware, charge for wine glasses
I like the layout of the room and the modern look of it.
We found two bugs in our room. The first time I just killed it with no regards thinking it was a one time fluke. The second time I had to call downstairs and get someone to check the room. Unfortunately the hotel wasn't able to do much outside of waiving my resort fees which was a nice gesture, but they wanted proof of the bug. Reality is that if someone is at home and they see a bug, their first reaction is to kill it and not collect it. I thought it didn't make sense on the resorts side.
This was the first time staying at palms place. The studio sweet turned out to be more than enjoy room for me. Place was clean and a great view of the strip.
The wifi for a single device was kinda annoying but doable..
Good view from our room 23rd floor, modern design rooms.hotel have 3min. Walk away food court
This room is way too nice!!!we luv it very much
The security deposit for locals are 250 .but the people from different state is only 50?isn't that ridiculous?
Nothing particular nice plsce nice people near center
Room was nice: however, was a bit dirty
Carpet walking to room looked like 5 years of spilled alcohol and vomit
The bed comfortable
Spiderweb ,hair on bath, shower broke so all the water go into the bathroom, too noisy the first night so we dont sleep during 1hour(we wait for the security, the room next door was very noisy!)in the check out the receptionist say just: sorry.
Price, convenient for McCarran airport and the strip. Spacious and well equiped
The room was the bomb- I didn't want to leave. It was modern and comfortable. I did not feel like I was in a hotel room. It was more like a nice studio apartment. The overall atmosphere was very laid pack with a touch of class.
HOUSEKEEPING!!! Our second day there, we called for more towels and had to wait almost 3 hours before they bought them and I had to call 4 times. They were also loud when they were cleaning other rooms early in the morning, which woke us up. On the day we were to check out at 11am, someone knocked at the door at 11:05 to see if we were checking out-Really!!!
*View from our corner Strip view was amazing...we paid $75/night upgrade for a 1 bedroom and it was so worth it! *Quiet, except for the room air was loud *Bed was amazing as was the bathroom *Simon Restaurant-excellent breakfast (thank you Patrick) and awesome nightly happy hour, fun residents made it lively *Spa-I had an amazing spa day, my husband's Gentleman's facial was only fair *Free and easy parking *Sky Bridge to casino at the Palms was great, so nice not having one in the hotel *HIGHLY recommend,
*No liquor store...but one ok close across the street at the Gold Coast *Housekeeping was excellent but the room deep down was really dirty, so was hallway *Funky furniture, not comfortable aside from one chair
2 for 4.44 Big Macs
Balconies are locked .
Great room, tons of features, amazing bathroom , surprise kitchen , spacious living room, comfortable bed, and excellent decor. It felt like modern home.
The staff was not very friendly upon arrival , and did great any guest entering or leaving the hotel.
The look and space of room very modern style rooms
Some laps wouldn't turn on but no big deal .
The room was beautiful - complete with a kitchenette. The temperature and silence at night allowed for the most restful sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The facility was incredibly clean, the gym was the best hotel gym I have yet to see, the staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating, and the location was nice since it's off the strip so away from the busyness of the tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet consisted of mostly greasy food and there were very few options for the health conscience person (very carb-heavy with a lot of battered, deep fried, processes foods), but there was always yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, boiled eggs, and a fresh made omelette to choose from. Overall, best hotel experience I have ever had!
Amazing new suite for a super low price, movie theatres in the resort, everything was awesome!
I like the quietness and amenities very beautiful condo style hotel !!!!! Very modern and the staff was friendly and recommended stuff to do and places to eat!!! The bathroom is probably the best part for us! Also join club palms you get really good discounts on food and drinks at the hotel plus it's free to join (no commitment )
We didn't like that there was no airport shuttle although that is standard for vegas and the shuttle to the strip ended at 8pm which isn't very practical also why is it that almost all restraunts are closed by 10 except McDonald or their 24hr cafe which was very tasty and priced well!!! But the buffet at lunch was horrible the food looked old and wasn't cooked or seasoned well just not worth it !!!!
Large condo type suite with full kitchen and two televisions and two balconies.
The interior is in need of a design updating and a renovation, the building is showing a lot of wear and tear. Both balcony doors are locked off from guest use.
The room was beautiful and the staff went over and above to make my stay amazing.
The basic deluxe room for two was like a studio apartment, with fully equipped kitchen, lounging area and large bathroom with all the amenities. It had great views.
Housekeeping was not good. Didn't clean room first day. Hallways smell like skunk and cigarettes.
The place is really good, the decir is very modern and chic, no surprises.
The mini fridge wasn't working, the room was clean but the staff could put more attention on the cleaning.
Almost everything. It is clean, confortable and full of facilities. Particularly enjoyed the cinema and buffet breakfast. Plus, it is really cheap for its value.
To say something, we were at one of the highest floor with excellent views but couldn't access the balcony. The door was closed, for security reasons I guess.
Nice rooms and good value
Location is a bit out of the way though.
