The long walk and the ability to find transportation late night.
The rooms are very modern, I loved the bathroom and everything was clean and I will stay there again, it was better than most of the rooms I have stayed at in LV. I go there every month and have stayed at most of the casinos.
No water bottles - you would have to purchase them in the mini bar.
Kitchenette was great, stove top, microwave half fridge...even a nice toaster and coffee maker. For me that mean fresh bagels and Cream Cheese every Morning! Great bathroom and a really nice desktop work area with strong internet. I like Simon and the Pool area is laid out nicely.
Size of room Overall comfort
Bus schedule limited to 11am to 8pm Wifi limited to one device
They accommodated to our early check in. The view and our room exceeded our Vegas expectations.
The design of the room is modern.
The location is not within walking distance of Vegas Strip. The shuttle service is inconvenient. The capacity is limited.
The decor was modern, the look of the room was welcoming, bright, and roomy.... Away from the noise, quiet....
The AC/ Heating wasn't automatic so you had to manually switch it!!!! The quality of air was bad, so we had to go outside of the hotel frequently!!!! There was a kitchenet but no plates, utensils, .... The bath tub was dirty !!! There wasn't any vent in the toilet!!!!!!
The size of the suite was a great size. Was on a high view with a great view of the Strip.
All the staff was nice and pleasent.
Nice and well placed hotel, nice casino and Ghostbar one of the best in the world i think
I liked the self parking and having a fridge In room.
Toilet paper rough. Housekeeping services stink. Front desk is lazy and ineffective. Watch your bill upon checkout. Overall- I give this hotel a 3.
Room was spacious.
Not sure if valet is open 24 hours. Returned after 1:00 am and valet was closed.
Super modern decor in a spacious suite, very comfy king bed, great view.
No cutlery in the kitchen, stains on the furniture and bathtub needed some deep cleaning.
friendly staff, big rooms, comfortable bed.
The room was very clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished and the kitchen was well stocked with all the items one would need. The bed was very comfortable. There is a nice gym. I also enjoyed the bar in the lobby. The nice young lady behind the bar remembered the wine that I had ordered the previous evening. The room was well priced and the location was near where our friends live. There is a Starbucks across the street. I will probably stay here again but will request a different room.
The bathroom design was very strange. The jacuzzi was in a separate area with an open shower right in front of it. Everything got wet while taking a shower and there is no possibility of one person sitting in the jacuzzi while the other takes a shower. The TV in the bathroom is a waste unless you can manage to watch TV while shaving or brushing your teeth. It is not viewable from the jacuzzi. Our view was of an indoor go-kart facility. The balcony door was locked so there was no possibility of opening the door for fresh air. The pool is only open until 6pm. We arrived at 11am and were told we could not swim until more chemicals arrived. We were finally allowed in the water after 12:30pm. The pool bar was not open. The other bar doesn't make frozen drinks which is a "must" for me while in Las Vegas. Can you imagine a bar in Las Vegas that doesn't have a blender? Also, no free water at the pool. The lighting in the room was poor. Several lamps did not work. I never managed to connect to the WiFi.
The staff was great, an room service was swift.
Could not use the balcony in my room.
the front desk took it upon themselves to double and triple charge everyones card for miscellaneous charges I've never explain what they were. To this day, I am still trying to get the billing straightened out with the hotel. I order a debit card with a new card number to stop the charges
Balcony not accsessible, Kitchenette not equipped, no dishes, no silverware, charge for wine glasses
I like the layout of the room and the modern look of it.
We found two bugs in our room. The first time I just killed it with no regards thinking it was a one time fluke. The second time I had to call downstairs and get someone to check the room. Unfortunately the hotel wasn't able to do much outside of waiving my resort fees which was a nice gesture, but they wanted proof of the bug. Reality is that if someone is at home and they see a bug, their first reaction is to kill it and not collect it. I thought it didn't make sense on the resorts side.
This was the first time staying at palms place. The studio sweet turned out to be more than enjoy room for me. Place was clean and a great view of the strip.
The wifi for a single device was kinda annoying but doable..
Good view from our room 23rd floor, modern design rooms.hotel have 3min. Walk away food court
This room is way too nice!!!we luv it very much
The security deposit for locals are 250 .but the people from different state is only 50?isn't that ridiculous?
Nothing particular nice plsce nice people near center
Room was nice: however, was a bit dirty
Carpet walking to room looked like 5 years of spilled alcohol and vomit
The bed comfortable
Spiderweb ,hair on bath, shower broke so all the water go into the bathroom, too noisy the first night so we dont sleep during 1hour(we wait for the security, the room next door was very noisy!)in the check out the receptionist say just: sorry.
