The staff was awsome
I paid for a balcony and couldn't use it. The door was locked and they wouldn't open it.
Check in was a breeze, great games and food selections!
We up graded and the room was not clean and the kitchen had two mugs and nothing else! Not going to upgrade again as we always loved the other rooms and they were clean and kitchen fully stocked with glasses and silverware.
Spacious studio room. Very comfortable beds.great view
The view of the strip from ghost bar
The resort fee was a complete waste, I booked in at the palms and actually stayed in the palms place.
Courteous, professional and very attentive! Arrived and was treated like a valued customer. Check out was easy and invited us back!
Everything. Locals are charged an additional $500 a night!!
The studios layout
My visit was short
sauna, cost its 25 $ per visit and not incluided on price but it's good
kitchen, totally empty, just for decoration they had, check in wait 1 hours and check out 45 min , so we lost time 2 hours only for check in and check out , balconi closed, cannot use it
Love this Place... best view of vegas and the rooms are 1st class but cost hardly anything. Laid back atmosphere so a great haven away from the strip but still has everything you need for a great vegas experience
Wish id stayed longer
The whole place was nice great view
Large room, great bathroom, comfy bed, amazing view.
Maid didn't empty trash, restock coffee, or wash used glasses. Wifi free for one device only with time limit. Balcony locked and unavailable. Room a little run down (holes in curtains, broken lamps, etc.)
The studio was amazing.
Room service did not show up to bring complentary items requested.
Great room for the price, quiet, nice view, blender, toasted, coffeemaker, pots and pans were all supplied. Ice make inside the room. Sonic Drive in across the street! :)
Balcony doesn't open, so we cant open for fresh air. One remote controls 2 TVs so you if you try changing the channel on one, it'll change on the other one as well. All rooms are non-smoking.
Absolutely loved the bed. The most comfortable bed we have ever slept in.
We didn't have a coffee maker in our room and it was quite a walk to the casino to get coffee. Although the open shower seemed cool, it definitely wasn't. It was really cold without a heater in the bathroom and everything in the bathroom got wet. The rug in front of the sink was soaked.
Returned for the 3rd time this year to this location. Great location off the strip which is quiet and nongaming but a walk of 3 minutes puts you in the Palms casino. View of the city give you amazing sunsets to watch while the view I had from my strip side room were amazing from my 34th location. I love this location for the amazing showers and 2 person tubs along with the kitchen which is nicely stocked for 2.
this is the second time in this room that small bugs run along the floor in the bath room.
Good view of Las Vegas
Smell like people smoking weed in the rooms next door
The value for the deal we got was everything we expected. We paid less than $100 for basically a suite on the 31st floor! The room was clean and modern and the minibar was nicely stocked. The jacuzzi was there as expected but the nicer touch was the roomy shower. There is even a TV in the bathroom!
Upon arrival we were exhausted and not in the best mood, I'll admit since we missed our reservation at a restaurant on the Strip. However, the staff was few and far between to find and not readily available to help us find the proper place for check-in at the Hotel when we entered the wrong entrance at the Casino. There was only one place you could check in at all the way inside the Casino and we dragged all of our luggage through the Casino not once being greeted or redirected. There was no offer to assist us to our rooms from the Casino with our luggage, only direction after a lengthy check in to take our things back through the Casino to the car in the garage and either choose valet or do it ourselves. The kitchen also did not include any dishes or silverware as expected, only 2 glasses. We found a random Q-tip on the floor of the bathroom but couldn't locate any in the bathroom and had not brought any of our own. The jacuzzi never heated up though the jets did turn on. The shower was nicer and hotter than the jacuzzi. Room service was terrible, at least the pasta was. It was swimming in a very watered down tomato sauce which reminded me of dog food for some reason.
Clean, nicely designed room.
Palms Place should tell locals that they require a $250 deposit per night for a studio prior to checking-in... And $500 per night for a one bedroom. If I had known that beforehand, I would have booked somewhere else.
Great bed & view. Modern look
Nice room, loved having a kitchen, bed was comfortable
Towels were hard and a little dingy.
kinda of weird open bathroom design.
I really like the bath tub..
I loved the fact of the movie theatre close by, the friendliness of most staff ,, the room was lovely
didn't like the professionalism of one bell man ,, one waitress an the chef who cooked my take away at the 24/7 café as the meal was the worst ive ever had. I think there should be a shuttle service for the palms place for convenience ,, the movie theatre chairs needs updating to be more comfortable , also think beer an wine should be offered as most theatres do, as its a must for those on vacation enjoying ,, selection of food should be smaller portions were hugh ,, an a waste if not finished ,, sometimes bigger is not always better , not bringing camaras in the ghostbar that has extra zoom is ridiculous ,,
No access to balcony
Staff was amazing, very clean and not crazy inside the hotel. Self parking and valet parking staff was amazing.
Should have a 24 hour snack shop available
