We had a problem with check in and the way the trip was booked. The staff was very unhelpful, made my fiancé cry, and in the end we ended up cancelling the second night completely to stay somewhere else.
The strip view was amazing.
Nice room jacuzzi tub was broken and you could see where there was a flood in the room from the upstairs in the corner of the room .
A long walk from the strip. But I'm not really complaining.
The awesome view from my room and a large room! A chill atmosphere at the restaurants and casino. The staff was awesome especially when they helped me find a rental car.
Tub and shower. Bed
I was very disappointed in the hours of the fitness center. I feel closing at 7pm is rather early. Perhaps even more frustrating is the hours of the jacuzzi/hot tub. Closing at 5pm is beyond ridiculous and for me frustrating enough that I likely would not stay there again. Perhaps some of my $20 plus per day resort fee could go to making the resort usable.
The room itself was fantastic. Spacious, clean, and we'll looked after.
Room service was hit or miss, they fixed the issue though it took a while
Wi fi doesn't work in place tower room was fantastic 15 dollars for 2 pops is Rich
Modern decor, quiet, good location
Ripped sheets, which we asked to be changed and never were. A TV with a green screen we asked to be fixed and it never was. A TV where the channel wouldn't change and the screen would go black, which we asked to be fixed and it never was. A jacuzzi tub that didn't work. We asked for it to be fixed and it never was. Left the notice for housekeeping to attend to our room for fours hours and it was never tended to.
The bed was comfortable. The pool at Palms Place was calm and relaxing.
No shuttle to airport.. No access to balcony.. No smoking..
Luxury condo with little access to amenities
The reception and corridors very dark (only few indirect lights). It seemed as if you were entering a night club. Far from the Strip. The air conditioner was noisy. We asked for maintenance and the guy said it was perfect. We planned to stay for 8 nights but we left after the first one. We chose another hotel to stay.
We arrived a few hours early and that wasn't a problem the gentleman at front desk still accommodated us. Anything we needed the Palms made happened.
The fold out bed had a hideous mattress. Things should be better at this type of hotel! This mattress was absolutely brutal. Also the room wasn't quite as clean as I've seen before...not bad, but not sparkling.
I like the location far enough off the strip. It's easy to get to and quite quiet. There is ample parking, both covered and out front. The staff is pleasant.
Hidden resort fee
Room service slow
Awesome bed, bathroom, kitchette
- the wifi is not as advertised . Only one piece of equipment/day. You have to register to the use every 12 hours. They force you to by the service . So it is free...but very unconfortable. - They charge a resort fee..but what resort ? if you want to use , you must pay for the use, althoug you must pay the resort fee ...crazy ! - just to receive a packing from UPS and call the room to inform the arrival of the pachage, they charge you US15.00 . Crazy ! - When they clean the room, they dont supply the shampoos , creams, etc, coffee as well, they dont supply every day...we asked every day for this, which is very inconvenient . - few front desk attendants, this force you to wait long time for check in and check outs.
- size of the room - rooms equipments
Would have been nice to have access to the balcony. Other than that I have no complaints about this hotel, everything was great.
The hotel is very nice, staff is extremely pleasant, and the rooms are clean. The decor is current and the bed was comfortable. Had a room on the 53rd floor with a view of the strip.
Tub had a crack that was pat he'd poorly. Also no access to balcony
The view of the strip was awesome
Room had hair left on the counters upon arrival, loose plumbing fixtures and leaks, non of which was ever repaired. Housekeeping requests never answered. Manager made insurances and didn't follow through.
I am from out of town i have Family in vegas who came to room to visit, security said no more than 5 People to a room..said they had to leave,so i left to.
Night club gave us a hard time with the worst bartenders ever! Bad mannered and not prepared to host international guests , Hotel should invest much more in training their employees to host international people. since Vegas is such an international place! They stopped serving us only because of tips. Since we did not give what they wanted! As I know i tip what I want and consider they deserve. We opened a formal complain whit the hotel manager who did not give us any response. Strangely our room had a problem the next day and they asked us to move for a up grade room... this did not solved my very bad impression of the service at this hotel. Again they should pay more attention on kind of employee they hire.
Room after the change seems nice.
It took over an hour to get pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glasses, a sharp knife delivered to our room. One of the reasons we chose Palms was the kitchen and it was not equipped...even the toaster was broken. after that issue was settled, all was fine. Very nice unit.
Beautiful view room over 600 sq. feet.
I paid for a balcony and couldn't use it. The door was locked and they wouldn't open it.
The staff was awsome
