Palms Place Hotel and Spa  

Love the balcony overlooking the strip. Nice soft bed. Checked in @ 11am no extra charge.

Walking thru the parking lot. Cars really don't pay attention. Location but I knew that before I booked.

The Studio room was simply amazing. It was luxurious, spacious and had all the amenities anyone could need. This hotel is the best as well in terms of value for money. I would certainly return to this hotel again. The buffet at the Palms resort as well was more than excellent with a lot of varieties.

I liked the view & the comfortable bed. A sponge in the shower was a nice surprise.

The person at check-in was not particularly friendly. The room, although comfortable, seemed quite cold to me (marble & many mirrors) and the bathroom had a weird smell.

Misled on a room upgrade which unexpectedly ended up costing us considerably more. A short distance off the main vegas strip

This is one, if not the best hotel I've stayed in. The representatives were really nice to us and gave us bonus and upgrades. They upgraded us to a suit with a fireplace, kitchen and a luxury bathtub. The room was clean, luxurious and with a great view of the strip and city from the 50th floor. The internet is fast, valet parking is included in the resort fee and the pools are amazing. I will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the suite and the view it was awesome. It was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

I would have liked more restaurant choices Simons was nice but it would have been nice to have casual dinning for breakfast and snacks.

Pool was nice.

My first room smelled like smoke. I was moved to another room and it was very dirty. I called housekeeping and they did come and clean the room making the stay more comfortable. The Palms Place is a distance from any Sundries. It would have been great to have more in that bldg.

Great staff and room had an amazing view. Bathroom was a dream and I wanted to take it home. Kitchen area modern and very useful or that midnight snack.

Desk staff was unable to extend stay for an additional night. Was told to call the reservations number, not really interested in a repeat customer. Truly soured the overall wonderful stay.

Balcony locked. Pool was not open the first 2 days. Resort Fee - just include it in the price or make it an option! Proximity to strip. Shuttle stopped at 8 PM

Little further from the strip than I would have liked. And no complimentary breakfast during my stay. I had the penthouse for a few days and still was unable to get complimentary breakfast.

We really enjoyed the jacuzzi! The Hotel is modern designed, beautiful view from the room. If i would return to Las Vegas, I think I will return to the Palms.

Me and my wife rented out a 1 bedroom condo which was very spacious and have an amazing view of the Las Vegas strip. The decor was modern contemporary and had some nice addons like a fireplace, tub in the bedroom overlooking the view, and a full kitchen and laundry which was quite useful. My favorite was the shower which was huge and had nice water pressure.

Some small areas of the walls looked worn-out but not enough to bother us. Coffee amenities in the room were not refreshed but we didn't ask for it. You have to walk 10 minutes to reach the Palm Casino and Resort if you want to access the buffet or other facilities.

It was short but it's a place where family and friends can relax leisurely. Lovely place.

The staff isn't as courteous as they should be, especially the front desk people. A bit of a snotty type. Needs more training.

Palms Place was amazing right from the start, entering into the lobby you see what a sophisticated hotel looks like. The staff is very friendly and will answer any questions you may have. The room was very impressive, everything about it makes you wish you could live there all the time.

Power went out through the entire building. Had to walk up 10 flghts of stairs. Crazy. I dont think they had housekeeping bc no one came to clean the room at all. Televisions didnt work half the time.

The spa in the bathtub was a big plus. The kitchen and the kitchenettes were very convenient to my staying at the hotel.

I book 2 night through booking.com for $133.50. However, when I check out the total cost is over 200 dollars, but I understand that there are services fees and taxes were not included in the deal and it was my fault to not look into that carefully. But the girl at the front desk said that I have to pay both the amount on booking.com and the amount at the hotel, so that would be a total of nearly $350 for 2 night stay at a hotel off the strip and on weekdays. I feel like I just got scam. I also ask her if there anything I can discuss with the staff at Palm Place and she told me since I book through a third party I have to correct any unsatisfaction with them and the hotel have nothing to do with it!

Everything was great never had to leave the the hotel all in all i would recommend it to all friends and family

I loved the interior of the rooms and spacious layout of the room. Its a complete getaway from home life. You get to live in luxury for twenty four hours. From the amazing jet tub to the breathtaking view it was completely worth every penny. The kitchen, bathroom, televisions, bed, everything was just completely perfect and I will be returning very soon.

The Spa was excellent

The room was a bit run down, with broken cabinets in kitchen. The room overall is not looking fresh or new. The hallway smelled fowl, like rotten food for the whole weekend. Our past experience here has always been great, so I would still recommend, but things are getting run down.

The rooms were spacious with 2 plasma screens, Food in the hotel facilities was good, and free access to clubs bars and pool parties to residents was a good touch

The balconies were locked to short term visitors, with no window access, which meant no circulating air access just the drying air from the air conditioning unit, and although we had a great view no access to it spoiled my experience with no explanations why. This fact should be on brochures. The pool on the 6th floor was closed to residents for 4 of the 7 days I spent there, an appalling fact, a blustery sun deficient design left me in impressed, the gym and spa were below average in facilities. I personally was disappointed with the facilities and access and after complaining was still not explained to why the purpose built balconies were inaccessible, but was offered $50 credit insult for lack of access to pool. The extra charges that the hotel added also left a bad taste in my mouth.
