POOL WAS NICE, BED WAS GREAT
PICTURES IN AD DO NOT LOOK LIKE HOTEL, THERE NO COVEING OVER TABLE S AT POOL. SHOWED UP EARLY WAS TOLD ROOM WOULD BE READY AT 2PM WHICH WAS FIND, WE HAD ASKED FOR A KING NEXT TO POOL , BUT WHEN WE CAME BACK THAT ONE WAS GONE AND GAVE A DOUBLE INSTEAD. THE COMPLEX NEEDS ALOT OF WORK THE SLIDING DOORS LOCK WITH A BAR NO LATCH AND THE ONE IN OUR ROOM DID NOT WORK. ONE MORE THING THE PARKING LOOKED LIKE THE THROW ALL THE TRASH OUT OF ROOM THERE, PIZZA BOXES, BOTTLES, ETC
place was very run down. Rooms were falling apart. The breakfast was poor. Eggs were cold, juice watery, no cold milk for cereal.
This is a once-beautiful facility with potential - someone seems to be bringing it back to high quality. The pool is wonderful! Our room was fine.
Breakfast didn't happen due to poor planning. Location is pretty far out of Tucson proper, if that matters (did not to us).
I liked the pool and the way the room was set up with a king bed plus a couch that had a hide-a-bed in it
I didn't like that the room took 8 hours to cool down. It was extremely hot in the room my 8month old son wouldn't fall asleep because it was so hot I had to put him in his car seat and put it in front of the ac so he would sleep. I also didn't like that the fridge wasn't cold and would keep my drinks cold either
The front desk staff was very courteous and caring. I flew in to attend my brother's funeral and they were so friendly and compassionate to my specific needs. The shuttle driver George was punctual and very professional. Great staff with a great attitude!
The property looks very old and worn out. Lobby and courtyard appear to be very drab. They need to brighten up the facility to make it more pleasing to the eye.
It was obvious to me this place was going through a revamp and upgrading. So what may have put some glitches in my stay, the staff was so accomodating, and kind it didn't become a problem for me or them. if the need arises again I would return.
Not handicap accessible to the shower Needs to be remodeled!
They have done a face lift on their employees. The employees are great. The beds were great it was quiet and located perfectly for airport and activities
The swimming pool had some tree debris in it, should have cleaned it if their gonna open it for customers, kids didn't care but I might have swam but nice pool
The beds were very comfortable. The room temperature was easy to control. Breakfast was good but the times posted were different than the times listed in the hotel directory.
My son and I were put in the extra building. Spa was broken. Son took shower that night and complained that the water was cold. I told the front desk that the water was cold and the clock radio display was broken. The next day still had a cold shower. Had to leave for my meeting without washing my hair because I was too cold. Told the desk about it before I left. The next day the water was cold again. Called the desk. He gave my son a key for another room to take a shower in. In meantime, he had maintenance look at the boiler. I then had hot water. The clock radio was never changed. The towel rack in bathroom was barely hanging on the wall. The towels were very rough. There was a hanging sign in the shower about the quality shower (Curved shower rod, adjustable shower head) but that room did not have that kind of shower. The wifi would not work in our room.
Rooms were very run down, heater in pool was not working, no refrigerator in room.
My reservation was lost and ended up charging me more then the original reservation!
Good price. We had 2 rooms and were going to the Pima air museum. Enjoyed our 2 day trip. Peggy. Chander, az.

The owners were very nice. They tried to get our t.v. to work. They arranged for the shuttle to pickup my husband from the airport. The continental breakfast was nice.
The room was filthy. My baby was crawling on the carpet. His knees,feet, hands were black with dirt. Things were broken or missing. The table top was wobbly and bare hanging on. There was an ironing board, but no iron. The t.v. turned on, but the only sound was static. Maintenance came, even brought another t.v. So we had 2 Huge t.v.s in our room and they didn't work. We didn't even feel comfortable to take shower. When my husband arrived from airport, an hour after his arrival, (Staff said it was the shuttle driver's first time there) he felt sooo gross he just wanted to leave. We told staff at check out all the issues. They apologized.
The price was good.
The beds are uncomfortable and "breakfast" was not adequate. Though once I told the front desk person she was right on it. She notified the kitchen staff who was visiting in the back to refill everything and she lit the heating cans under the trays herself. Cold eggs and potatoes are just awful and a breeding ground for illness in a buffet setting. You get what you pay for.
Comfortable bed. Breakfast wasn't great but it was satisfactory.
No parking near the room. Room and area are in dire need of up-dating. There were no good restaurants within a reasonable distance.
everything - service was real bad. Someone tried to break in when I was sleeping. Construction crew was having a early morning meeting outside my sliding door (facing outside). I will not recommend this place to anyone - in fact - I have place this place as a "do not book" at my company.

Disgusting! Filthy! Carpet was dirty. Sheets were dingy & old. Sink pipies were dripping onto floor. Tub was dripping. Woke up in middle of night & the bathroom had HUGE cockroach & babies!! We had to move at 2am to different room! I couldn't sleep after that! HORRIBLE!! Never again will i stay at a Quality Inn. Manager offered to discount room by $15 SERIOUSLY??!!
Older hotel...needs upgrades all around. Looks abandoned.

the location like in an industrial area, it was eerie being in a separate area, the room had a bad odor, the television was not working, not enough towels, balcony was dirty and the spa was not working.

The hot tubs were down, the executive room double room which I thought was two rooms but was only one with two beD's, the beds were hard, they left a dirty towel on the shower, n we asked the maid for more n she didn't even have any, the cooler had stains where it looked like it leaked, and the carpets were horrible it turned our feet black on the bottom like if we were walking on the concrete
I liked the room. It was very organized as well as comfortable. The staff was very nice as well. They aren't just robots. I was especially surprised that there was a heating lamp in the bathroom.
The bathroom could have been a bit more presentable. There were stains on the curtain as well as the tub. I'm sure on my arrival it smelled like urin in the bathroom. The carpets also need a good shampooing.

The room was VERY VERY dirty. several things were broken, the door, the air conditioner, the freezer, the phone and a towel rack. to name a few. the chairs were too stained to sit on. My husband wanted to leave but I was just too tired.. We will not stay at a quality inn again.
Do not forget to leave a few dollars for the cleaning lady or you won't get any towels and she will make sure to forget a lot of things. I stayed for 10 days, the first time I forgot, the two other times I did not leave money for her on purpose...to see what would happen
