The staf at the front desk were very helpsom with all request. The hotel can be pleased with them. Very nice with the afternoon wine hour.

The food were good but we felt that is was a bit pricy. No morning buffet

Perfect location. Fastest internet I have ever had. Excellent beds. Attentive and friendly staff. "Wine five-o-clock" at the lobby :) Great food at Sable restaurant and impressive cocktails at the bar. We arrived late, at 11 pm when the kitchen at the restaurant was about to close but nevertheless we were served with a great dinner.

Excellent location, excellent design and the Palomar has just managed to get right the balance between an Artistic and Architectural Hotel and a hotel you are comfortable coming back to at the end of the day and relaxing in.

The location was perfect and all the staff and Concierge were friendly and extremely helpful. We loved the room as well; it was spacious and nice.

It was my husband's 50th and we brought the kids with to celebrate. The staff left a nice bottle of wine in our room with a personal note. Staff went out of their way to help us with questions.

Location was perfect. Great restaurants close and right next to a subway station. Great hotel and very clean. Friendly staff.

No coffee pit in the room but the do have in the lobby.

The staff was helpful.and friendly. There is a subway at the corner of the block. Very tast food found in their restaurant, Sable.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were also very personable. The facilities were great and my experience there was really very comfortable and one I would do again without hesitation.

There was not one thing I did not like about this hotel.

Close to the theater district, Navy Pier, major shopping on the Magnificent Mile, and excellent restaurants.

Lack of tea kettle in room or coffee maker.

There was nothing that was not great

It was all the hotel claimed to be central, very comfortable, clean and quiet. All the the staff from the Manager to the Bell boy were very friendly,responsive and helpful. I recommend it and will stay there again.

It was very quiet in the hotel. Although we could hear the fire truck and ambulance siren every night, probably unavoidable in a dense city setting. The front desk staff was very professional and the hotel itself was quite clean. We really enjoyed the location of the hotel, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to see.

It was the perfect facility in a great location.

Incredibly comfortable and well appointed room, and the hotel staff were all exceptional in their graciousness and helpfullness. The location of the hotel is ideal for seeing the city. Having papers and coffee available first thing in the morning was much appreciated and the evening coctail hour (with very nice wines) was great. All in all, I can't remember having a better hotel experience.

Great, thorough and attentive staff, convenient Water stationin the adjacent reception room in Lobby, comfy rooms, nice deck area. The 5 PM wine tasting/reception was a nice touch of class, I invited my relatives who happened to be in town to join us for that. Very classy. Jean Luc went out of his way to help us retrieve stored bags and with getting a cab on our departure day. Everyone on staff was attentive, friendly and informative.

Thought the pool would be larger, nicer. Otherwise very nice.
