Great location, design, service, staff, room with a view. Excellent restaurant. Room service ( a plus when traveling on biz).
Air conditioner was a bit loud when cycling on and off throughout the night. Not a big deal, but did keep the sleeping on the light side.
Excellent bathroom and hotel room. Beautiful city view. It was quiet and peaceful.
A bit expensive, but still very nice.
Friendly front desk and valet parking staff. The wine hour made for a relaxing environment. While the hotel was busy the medium size made it feel relaxed.
Comfortable nights rest and very friendly, accommodating staff.
Centrally located, clean, friendly, 100 % recommended
Location. Complimentary tea and coffee in the morning and wine between 1700-1800.
Valet parking for $37 a day.....park on the street, it's free. Pool area is tiny. They advertise free bikes but only had one available, the other was broken. Expensive for what it is.
Very professional staff Amenities were great. Great location. Friendly neighbourhood Close to shops
The doors werent very sound proof so could hear lots of noise from corridoor. $300 incidentals a bit much should remove some stuff from room as afraid to touch anything in case we got charged for it.
The staff was very helpful and the view of the ocean and surrounding LA scene was lovely.
Proximity and available transportation to the airport. Bathroom cleaness excellent.
I was in town for my son's graduation from UCLA and wanted a hotel within walking distance. It is an easy walk to the campus, and the facilities are very nice--comfortable, clean rooms.
No problems--everything was fine.
Loved everything about the hotel. We'd go back tomorrow
The hotel was very stylish and have a wine hour from 5 -6 pm each day where you get free wine! The room was big but not too much of a view and quite far from tourist spots.
Location was quite far away from tourist spots although I think this is the same for many hotels in L A as everything is quite far apart.
Our room was not cleaned during our stay bed not made up etc.
They should move the room chair so it looks at the ocean!
Great room; friendly, helpful staff; the free house car service was a big plus too.
Loved how welcoming they were with our pets. Very fun!
The staff is very kind，the service is good. They sent me to the shopping mall.
The hotel is located in a noisy road
Lovely feel throughout the property. Contemporary sexy feel. Staff friendly enough.
I'm not sure the bathroom had enough air circulation. Couldn't hear a fan.
Location to UCLA
I was shocked to be billed $35 for parking. Why do you state the rate is $160/night when it is really $195? Parking is at a premium in Los Angeles, so that fee should be made much more explicit, especially for those not used to traveling to places like LA. There was no sign on site either. I will not use Booking again.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Charge for wifi and parking.
Very friendly service and the wine hour.
This was a wonderful experience in every respect.
The atmosphere of the hotel aesthetically and personally was wonderful. All staff were really friendly and engaging. It never felt like they were following a script. The room was big enough and had a magnificent view of Los Angeles. Food was well prepared and reasonable. Then only thing that seemed a bit pricey was parking, but I found spaces in the surrounding neighborhood every night. We plan to make this our regular place to stay when visiting family.
Beautiful hotel and a great value. In close proximity to Westwood. Can easily walk to the little downtown area. Staff were extremely nice and accommodating.
Be aware that you have to valet park as there is virtually no parking elsewhere. Rates are pricey.
