There was construction in the next street going on and it was a little noise at times

Good sized rooms. Good wheelchair access. Very comfortable bed. Handy location. Friendly and helpful staff.

The bar and restaurant were excellent.

1. The free bikes were fantastic! 2. That cozy & stylish zigzag blanket. (I must get one!) 3. ETRO's aromatic soaps, lotions, and shampoos. 4. VERY friendly staff!!! 5. Pet-friendliness. (Maverick is the sweetest pup ever!) 6. Lemon water, photo booth, "flat maverick", & 3-D maverick in the lobby. ....I'm forgetting stuff, I know. You guys were great!

1. Wish you didn't have to bring the bikes back right at sunset. :( 2. Great gym equipment -- but wouldn't a pool be nice. ;) p.s. Lets get Flat Maverick an Instagram account or a #

The staff brought us a bottle of wine and chocolate while we were out since the trip was a birthday gift for my girlfriend. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great.

Location was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Place was clean and comfortable though room lighting can be better.

My husband and I stayed here last week. The staff was wonderful, and they upgraded our room since we were there on our honeymoon!! They were so friendly and helpful!

EVERYONE at this hotel from doorman to frontdesk to valet and bellman were friendly and professional. Room (deluxe suite) was clean and comfortable as well as a great value for the money considering the location. I highly recommend tis hotel to anyone considering pleasure or business trip to SF

The room was large and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's location was difficult to reach via automobile. The street was noisy and traffic was a mess. The lobby was tiny. Our room faced a light well and looked directly into the office windows across the lightwell. Rooms on the streetside would not have been much better due to the noise on the street below.

So quiet and the staff were fabulous. The staff were really the best part -- not to day the rooms or anything weren't great, but the staff made the trip really special. Matt the doorman should be given a gold star.

The staff are all helpful and friendly. The room is very clean and quiet. Whenever I call room service, the staff would answer and help right away!

The hotel was clean and modern. Close to all public transportation and shopping. Very friendly staff. And pet friendly too!

Wish they had a free shuffle from airport like some major hotels, but they did call us one.

Excellent service and attention to detail by all staff. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of San Francisco and we easily filled in a week there seeing the sights and enjoying the place.

Loved the whole trip! Great location, GREAT STAFF, lounge in the hotel was great, I thought it was a great balance of price, location & amenities.

The location was perfect: really close to BART station, which provided direct transport to the airport, and other public transport was all close by. There were lots of stores and restaurants around the hotel, too. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We asked for a coffee machine in the room and it was delivered right away. Free wine hour between 5-6pm added a great value.

The garden probably needs some face-lift. The bathroom door was a bit too heavy. Having said that, I definitely stay at this hotel next time and totally recommend it to anybody.
