Lounge closed too early.
Staff very courteous and friendly.
Would like to be able to make tea in room and be supplied milk.
Room was ready early -- great bonus when coming from an International 14 hour flight-- especially as we left really early the next day.
No view. We looked out at an office building.
Comfortable, clean, and my kids loved the goldfish in our room.
Nothing, actually. WiFi is a bit slow, but even then this is not that critical.
The 'old style' of this hotel is always appreciated, the room was quiet, (it was not facing the street), and the employees were just perfect (all of them, including room service employees).
Helpful staff. At least five different people helped us during some point in our stay from holding our bags twice to giving us tips on restaurants.
The blow dryers are awful. The rooms are fine - nothing amazing.
Had pic of large tub in room I purchaced when we got their we were Told booking . Com screwed up and had the wrong pic up with the room i purchaced 3 weeks prior : ((
The location is fantastic. Close to all public transportation and BART.
Loved pretty much everything about this hotel. Great location, friendly staff, large comfortable rooms...would recommend to anyone
Ver small. Pictures are ver deceiving. Terrible maid service. The doorman were the friendliest. Rest of the staff seemed perturbed when asked to do anything. Way overpriced.
Not many public areas to sit in. Parking expensive
Rooms very good, staff nice
We couldn't get the shower to work left note. Finally the day we are leaving the front desk explained how it works. Sponge bath's no fun. But wouldn't stop me from staying again.
Loved the Dirty Habit would stay there just to be able to walk home. The staff is excellent as always. The housekeeping staff is always so pleasant. Thanks
Room amenities shabby, worn and rough. Not at quality we have grown to expect at other Kimptons
Great location, good and clean place, and best bar I have ever seen
Too many junkies around the place, which is not the hotel fault, I sent a request by Booking asking if could receive packages from mail and if costs would apply and I received answer that no costs would be charged but when arrived was informed that depending on quantity they would charge a daily storage fee, which is reasonable but should be advised in advance.
Nice and friendly staff, cozy, well renovated place, good central location very close to the Powell Station.
The spacious room, the hotel location, & the staff was a plus to our trip. This was my second time staying at the Palomar, I highly recommend this hotel.
Location is excellent, and the staff were wonderful - very helpful and accommodating.
Rooms and 5:00 complimentary wine
Floor was uneven, plugs didn't all work, odd juxtaposition of building with adjacent commercial space meant no view outside and, keeping blinds closed for privacy all the time.
Room amenities, like yoga mat and quality of minibar items.
Had a great time. Staff is very friendly. Clean and well appointed rooms.
Staff were fantastic. Beds were fabulous. Location was great for the shopping! Very clean and well run hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Great location, from the moment we arrived the service and friendliness of staff was excellent, nothing is too much trouble. High standards in all areas of the hotel. Wine hour is a lovely addition to the stay!
I shared a suite with a couple and slept on the fold down bed. This fold down couch was very uncomfortable to sit on but horrible to sleep on. I cannot remember when I have had a more uncomfortable night.
ThIe staff were very friendly and helpful.
Couldn't use stairs to floor. Restaurant choices small selection
Bathroom needs updating
Good location Very helpful staff
