Big room with 2 double beds, fancy bathsuits, complimentary wifi food and drinks, great location close to nice restaurants (world cuisine) and bars and walking distance to the mall, friendly staff, quick check-out, nice breakfast buffet
Typically wonderful Kimptom staff; free WiFi for members (that's free too); very nice room, bath; quiet and restful room in a lively property with a very, very good restaurant
The decor has about another year or two till it needs carpets, paint... well worn and well cared but it will need attention.
The bar, the restaurant, the different feel of the hotel compared to the traditional chains.
Not a pet guy, so the yapping of a little dog was pretty irritating. I don't know if you separate the pet rooms, but it would probably be a good idea.
The bed and entrance
The fees and taxes and parking is very expensive i wont be back
Great location, very professionnal, friendly staff from doormen to front desk, free bicycle, refreshments at lobby floor...
The staff at the front desk were very knowledgeable and helpful.
As a single business women traveling alone I was nervous to walk in the neighborhood alone at night. A great distance from the Metro and other activities.
Location, friendly staff, the spacious room, the excellent hotel restaurant Urbana, the happy hour
Nice staff. Good proximity to Metro. Generous happy hour, complimentary hot chocolate/coffee. Champagne for my b'day since I mentioned it in notes prior to arrival.
Pets, specifically barking dogs in the eve - close to our room. Too expensive to have to deal with that. Hotel staff dealt with it upon calling but could have been much worse...
The location is good, around 10 mins walking distance from the metro station. Everything is good.
theHotel staff was friendly and helpful,, the restaurant food and service excellent,, the hot chocolate and the wine in the lobby, i was traveling with my teen, the lobby fireplace was a great stop to enjoy a beverage, the comfort and size of the room, the quality of the bed and bedding
How small it was. I kept Bumping into the bed to walk around it.

All was comfortable, staff friendly, and the wine in the lobby was pleasant and a good way to start the evening.

I left an item in the hotel and was hell trying to locate it back. There lost and found needs work.
Free wifi with membership
My only complaint about my stay was the hotel did not get my reservation through Booking.com both days. The hotel agreed to let me check in early the first day but we had to wait to see my reservation verified(?) I had a confirmation number though Booking.com but we had to wait til it appeared in their system. I ended up waiting about two hours. I then called the website and they spoke to the hotel and I was able to check in at the typical check in time. Later that night I booked a second night through booking.com. I called down to the front desk to let them know and it seemed to be no issue. Though the next day I had to wait downstairs for half an hour while the staff tried to locate my reservation. I came down with my confirmation details so they knew I had one they just couldn't track it down. All and all the staff was great through out the stay.
Staff, food, check -in, Concierge guys, mini bar, gym, location, value, room size and bed.
Everything was top class.
Staff, Location, Rooms
At Palomar they are great a Hassle to Check Inn with no options and extreme rules but staff always try to make it better.
The hotel staff was super nice and helpful!
The location is ideal - close to shopping and wonderful restaurants. Proximity to the Metro red line means that the whole city is accessible. The staff are friendly and give personalized greetings and service. Wine and snacks in the lobby provide a nice interlude to visit with fellow conference attendees and just watch the world go by!
Free wi-fi access required giving away personal information.
Excellent location, super comfortable beds, and I love the wine happy hour at 5pm! Have stayed here twice now and would definitely recommend!
room was too small
spacious rooms, friendliness of the staff, yoga mat in the room, complimentary wine hour in the afternoon, individual touch
room was pretty dusty
Your location suited our needs perfectly, Everyone on the staff - from those holding the doors to the folks behind the counters to the people cleaning our rooms - were so absolutely friendly, professional and thoughtful. We have since commented to one another and others of that warmth and home-like feeling we experienced while there. Your wine and appetizers each night from 5 to 6 meant for a wonderful lagniappe at the end of an always day. We have every intention of staying with you again on our next trip to D.C.
