Retro decor First room assigned wasn't cleaned yet. Second room had only one soap. Hotel had no breakfast facilities. Over-priced Dirty and battered elevators.

My stay at the Inn was very pleasant. The staff, from the front desk to house keeping, were very courteous and helpful. The room visually presented well, no offensive odors were present and except for a stain on the cushioned chair in the room, was largely without evidence of prior guests. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The location was easily accessible off the street and directions to the Inn were direct and easy to follow. And signage was well placed and easily identified. I enjoyed my stay very much and since I do have family in the immediate area, the Inn will be my choice for lodging on the occasions that I return. A bit more attention to minor details would turn a comfortable stay at the Inn into an impressive stay at the Inn. Concerns such as, wall paper peeling at the corners of the wall, oily smudges and water drops on windows and mirrors and very visible scuff marks on the bathroom floor gave the room a second rate feel and appearance. Also, just the occasional presence of a suited concierge/security officer would provide guests with a solid sense of authority and safety especially during the later hours of the evening and the early morning.

The location was near our destination. The lady at the reception desk was nice and hospitable. It just appeared to us, the motel could use an upgrade. It is architecture from the 70's, and it hasn't held up well. Sorry to say it, but I probably wouldn't stay there again. For the same price, within $3, we booked a room near the airport 4 days later. The difference was quite marked. Okay, I'll tell you: the Crowne Plaza. $3 more, but a world of difference.

I do have to thank the Palos Verdes Inn staff member for refunding our money when we complained. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at! The bed felt like it was a plywood box with burlap sheets. The water from the sink smelled like sewer gas. The black out curtain looked like it was shot with a machine gun and it didn't even close tight. After one night we had to move to another hotel. I would never recommend this hotel!!

Die fußläufige Nähe zum Strand und der Meerblick, großer Pool, freies Parken. Lift nicht voll funktionstüchtig, kein Frühstück, kein Haartrockner, Einrichtung teilweise renovierunsbedürftig.

La décoration est superbe, très actuelle : matière, couleur, agencement c'est remarquable. Très bonne litterie et salle de bain vaste et agréable. La piscine sur le toit qui donne une belle vue sur la ville. Le parking obligatoire
