room price, and floor I was on . they should have a small fridge in alll rooms. stay on floor 5 and up if u can get one

They promise wifi free but not true they charge $12

Price, location and excellent staff, very friendly. This was my second stay in two years. Will come again.

Very small matter of the bed pillows. Very flat and the pillow cases were TOO large for the tiny pillows. TV reception, not very good.

Convenient location and reasonable priced as hotels in midtown manhattan are expensive. Only 20 mins ride on subway and fares are very reasonable.

Room dated, Breakfast set options based around high cholesterol. Healthy options available as extras or priced as individual items. soft drink/water dispenser on ground floor only. front noisy room allocated unless back room requested.

Standard hotel (+ tive) which offers a good nights sleep @ OK prices for NYCity. Sleep there, have breakfast at Suny shine bakery/cafe (on way to Metro) and visit NYC.

Go without too much expectations, and it´ll turn out quite ok (ok rooms, ok comfort, actually clean). Enjoy NC, not the hotel.

Location convenient for using the public transit, close to Manhattan - direct train connection, ca. 20min. Close to the JFK airport. Good neighbourhood. Friendly staff and good food in the hotel restaurant.

The person on the front desk he is arrogant unfriendly probable he think he es pay for thr custumer stay on the hotel he is the one on the front desk wen I chek in the rest of the employees here fantastic

Subway and mall r a couple blocks away. Aeroport shuttle was practical amd cheap. Daily cleaning service. Good price in comparison to similar or lower quality inns

No breakfast bed only, more of a motel than a hotel

We were very impressed with this hotel, after being a bit worried with the reviews on here. Our room was better than expected, very clean and I am particular. I would recommed this to anyone and would stay again. Great location too and felt safe walking around at night. Free parking was a real bonus too!

Staff were very nice.

We waited 1.5 hours to get picked up at JFK. It was rush hour so maybe they couldn't help it. Hotel is clean but very old and run down. They pick you up for free but charge you $10 pp to go to the airport.

I liked the free parking.

I didn't like the bed. It wasn't very comfy.

The shuttle was not free that I expected. No wi-fi in the room. It was noisy at night. Too far from the subway station.

Pan American hotel do not have pubilc free WIFI and need pay 12 USD/ day for WIFI. Further more, WIFI speed is so slow that it is not able to check email under this WIFI.

picked us up at JFK.Most hotels in that area would not.

No air conditioning, when I called about it was told the nights were cool I didnt need it. Ice machine didnt work. The room was filthy. and smelled.

Easy access to subway, resturant was pretty good, wait staff was friendly.

Very noisy, on Queens Blvd - traffic & air traffic. Rooms were not "sound-proof" so other guests comings & goings easily heard. Some of the front desk staff not very friendly - almost rude.

From the website, I thought the shuttle to the hotel/airport was included, but discovered when I got there it was $10/person--which is more than a cab would have cost us. This was upsetting!
