Great location, close to many amenities including Whole Foods on street below. Easy walk to anywhere.
The Welcome we were given. The friendliness of all the staff. The room The view The Store beneath the hotel The two first class restaurants adjacent to the hotel.
The room was spacious with quality fittings. I had requested a quiet room and it certainly was, resulting in a very peaceful stay. Housekeeping were very obliging by providing only tea bags (as requested) as opposed to tea and coffee. All staff very pleasant and helpful. Also, handy for food market and importantly, shop to buy doggy treats for taking home....well... have to get back in the good books!
the big bathtub!
would have preferrrred a door separating the toilet from the rest of the bathroom.
The staff were extremely helpful,
I liked everything about our room at the Pan Pacific! Beautiful facility. Awesome views of the city and the Space Needle.
The open window from bathroom to bedroom, luckily it closed.
The reception staff were exceptionally good - very friendly, helpful and obliging. A minor problem with our room was fixed immediately. The hotel is in a good location, within easy walking distance to all the attractions. There's a nice Italian restaurant nearby, plus a huge supermarket.
Just minor things - the bed was quite small, and we could have done with an extra power point in the bathroom.
location and bed and the whole food market just locate downstair
no shuttel bus to the airport
Staff, room size and on- site restaurant
Noise level from outside is high until about 11:00 PM and starts again before 7:00 AM
Staff helpfulness and car service
The staff were excellent and took care of all our needs. The view was amazing and the King Size bed was very comfy. We could see the space needle while laying in bed. It was an excellent place to stay on our honeymoon!
From check-in to check-out could not have been better. Staff was very helpfulI with information, arranging tours and dining suggestions. They also provide a courtesy ride for trips in a two mile radius of hotel. You need to request the service in advance, they get very busy in the evening and may not be available. Plenty of dining options in walking distance and Whole Foods an elevator ride away.
Bedroom was a little small, but we had a handicap accessible room and the bathroom was gigantic.
Very modern, clean, attractive rooms. Staff are very accommodating to your needs. Starbucks & Whole Foods are conveniently located on the property. Within walking distances to many major Seattle attractions. Would definitely stay here again.
I liked the location for browsing, shopping and activities
Use of service - complimentary car! We ended up walking because they couldn't locate where the car was.
I loved the friendliness of the staff.
YouTube app didn't work on tv.
beautiful corner suite with great view of seattle needle. loved the house car driver service for local drop-offs and pick-ups. great help from front desk for dinner reservations. excellent recommendations
tv didnt work, but didnt watch any anyhow...
Location was good and staff was very helpful with advice on what to do and where to go. Enjoyed our stay would stay again.
Whole foods on location was a real bonus.
Cell phone signal was poor throughout the area.
Just about everything.
We dined in their restaurant one night. Wouldn't do it again. The chef wanted everyone to eat raw or half cooked fish. (Sushi apart). Giving an impression that if you liked your food cooked you were dinosaurs. For what we had it was extremely overpriced and nothing special.
A modern hotel not too over the top, comfortable, clean and convenient. Great gym, Whole Foods down below and a Starbucks in the hotel, everything I need. A courtesy car by luck.
Only one downside. The ironing board in my room had little to no cover pad, not so good.
Hotel was fine.
Location not so great.
