I felt like a queen. Amazing food, fast service, polite, and accommodating. Came for my boyfriends bday and was upgraded to the suite. It was a great room, more like a small condo tho! Friends had a great time and so did we. Will definitely be back.

Room and bathroom were well designed and equipped

Maintenance was lacking. Bathroom smelled of mildew and the smoke alarm was physically and visibly broken apart. Easy to see

The staff are friendly and helpful. There is wholefood supermarket closeby

Absolutely fabulous service both by the hotel staff and in the bar/restaurant. Very clean, modern, and quiet, couldn't hear anyone else in the hotel in our room.

The car service was the best thing ever. We stayed for our anniversary and spent most the time enjoying the different drink sites had to offer and needing to get somewhere on a schedule like cruises... And having the car service was the absolute best ever..... You made our weekend amazing thank you

The room was different then pictured.. The site we set it up on showed a larger suite which was strange

One of the best hotel visits I've had yet! Very attentive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The room was beautiful and we had a great view of the space needle. I would definitely stay here again.

The firmness of the mattress was very uncomfortable but because everything else about my stay was perfect I didn't have the heart to complain. I mentioned it, however, after my stay in the hotel review and I got the quickest response (actually addressing my issue) and apology...good enough for me!

The best thing about this hotel is the staff! All were very friendly and helpful.

Clean, cosy and reputable. Near to the whole food market which make purchase of groceries right at the door step.

I asked for morning call, but no one called me. Was disappointed in a way as a reputable hotel would have noted my request and prompted provide the service and ensure that a morning call was made. Since there was no call, I rely on my own alarm to wake me up.

Staff was great. Location was great. Facilities were wonderful.

I stayed in one of the smallest rooms with a street view and yet it was great, the bed, furnishings, bathroom, air conditioning were excellent. Very clean, quiet and modern. The staff people were so kind (the girl who checked me in was a charm).

The final price was higher than the booking price, with some additional charges besides the tax, sort of a tip I guess. The lobby was smaller than I expected. The parking price was too much.

The bill given to me was highere then what I had booked for, I had some drinks from the mini bar that was about 500% higher priced then what was listed in our room. I said this and had the items taken off of the bill, which seemed too high for was I agreed on. Later, after reviewing the bill further, I notice I had been chared $40.00 for one night of valet parking, which I did not even use. I parked in a parking garage across the road from the hotel.

Excellent service at main desk and at valet. They have a town car which will take you anywhere in a 2-mile radius of the hotel during set hours - I definitely took advantage of this, and really appreciated it. The design of the rooms was nice. Liked the idea of the ice machine being bags of ice in a cooler that were easy to grab. Bed was comfortable. Their coconut cream pie from room service is incredible!

House-keeping would leave our dirty glasses and not replace them - they also left us less towels than we originally had. We were using Kleenex in the main room, and they never put another box in the bathroom. Could also tell that they did not clean the floor in the bathroom each day. Overall sloppy house-keeping. Also did not like that the mini-fridge was completely full with mini-bar things, with barely any room for our things. Would have liked to refrigerate some of our leftovers.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms were lovely. The gym was great and I loved the fact that Whole Foods is just a quick walk down the stairs.

It was a bit far from the downtown core (shopping).

Excellent hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Staff was very knowledgable about places to dine and shop. Upgraded to a room with a fantastic view of the Space Needle. Very clean and comfortable double beds. Only a few minutes to the major sightseeing places and the use of free transit was a plus. Definitely will stay here again.

The door staff were friendly, helpful and informative about places to go. I really appreciated the use of a driver for local pick up and drop off - this really helped when combined with the local transit options. I also loved the location, in that it was situated above a Whole Foods store which made healthy eating easy! The bathroom was always clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel must be well built because I could not hear hotel noise while sleeping.

One of the female desk staff was unfriendly. But all other staff surpassed expectations. Homeless man always at base of steps to Whole Foods, some days he was too assertive asking for money.

lovely room with large unusual bathroom. good room service. nice restaurant but expensive.

the air conditioning seemed uneccessary as outside temperatures wernt high and were the norm. consequently the bar was freezing so we didnt use it for long.

Great location! We had a great view of the July 4th fireworks from our room window. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and spacious.

The hotel needs better signage as I found it difficult to locate. I didn't see a sign on the street.

Location is convenient to Space Needle, room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and professional. Liked the separate tub and shower. Liked the sliding doors that allow the bathtub to open up it's view into the room; that's a very nice feature.

The bathroom doesn't have a ventilation fan, which is strange. There should be a way to separate the toilet from the rest of the bathroom, for privacy; perhaps installing a small sliding door. The safe for laptops is a nice idea, but it's too small; my laptop wouldn't fit in it. I'd recommend installing a larger one to acomodate all laptops.

bit far out of centre but that's being picky. it wasn't cheap so wouldn't always be able to stay there

I really liked the design of the bathroom and the overall luxury of the room. The bed is very comfortable. We will be back!
