The clerk was quite nice and helpful. I had a quiet room and slept well. Bryce is within 30 minutes and you save a lot of money compared to the hotels closer.
Internet didnt really work on my room. Everything looked a bit old but it's okay for one night.
Spider in bathroom. Bathroom floor vinyl torn. Water spilled through door and the carpet was we're after rain.
Traveling from scenic route 12, with stops at Bryce Canyon and Zion. This location provided an easy stop between destinations. Very close to popular BBQ restaurant.
Here are the facts: motel uses old fashioned key, doors to rooms have 2 glass windows that have been painted over with cardboard inserts on inside, there was a paper picture taped to wall with masking tape, unplugged refrig on floor had to be moved in order to reach outlet, air/ heating (?) system unplugged with large vented coil extending out window, wifi didn't work in the room, ice machine not working, but motel provided 1 small bag of ice made via ice trays at motel. When checking out, key is to be placed in basket hanging on outside wall of motel.
Very unfriendly welcome. Room opened onto main road. Noisy
Stained sheets... couldn't tell if they were clean or dirty.
Mildew in the shower, spiders, a generally unpleasant smell and an owner who lied and told me that only bookings.com could give a refund. Spend a little more and have a good sleep.
We got bed bugs in this hôtel. The first morning We saw traces of blood in the bed and did not figure out what it could be. The following days we got bites everywhere on our bodies and had to wash all our clothes with hot water to be sure that none of these bugs would come with us in our luggages.
This is the worst motel we ever stayed in and we have stayed in many. We will strongly recommend you not to use this motel. The motel advertised with a lot of things that does not appears to be true: This motel advertises with new rooms, but nothing is new. They advertised with free wifi in the rooms. But it does not work in the rooms only in the reception. They advertised with coffee in rooms. There was not a coffee machine, They advertised with picnics area. But it was only some rotten wooden seats and table and some rusty gas grills, with no gas. In addition there was a terrible smell !!!
The front staff lady was great, he was so helpful. I really liked the place there.
I wish the Wifi was better, but it was adequate.
Good value for money. Clean and quiet rooms, great location for visiting Bryce.
It was pretty overpriced. Being a housekeeper myself there was a lot of stuff that was not clean. There were no fitted sheets. There was black hair in the bed. Mold in shower.
This is an older facility, so don't expect anything too nice. However, the big plus is that is is very clean for the price. In my book that makes it a GREAT value. And the lady who runs Bryce Way is very kind and accommodating.
Had to ask for things like hair dryer, ironing board and microwave. They are not in every room.
Weak A/C. No fridge.
Wifi didn't work at all. Rooms were shabby, uncomfortable, with old furniture, old carpets.
The front desk who is a Taiwan lady is very nice and helpful.
Wifi is poor in my room. Need to go to front desk area to acess internet.
Price is the only advantage
Wi-Fi covers not all rooms.
The location and the price (compared to other facilities in the location).
Sort of basic. The room smelled. WiFi is there, but you are lucky to get reception. No breakfast.
Room was nice size and very clean.
Maintenance needed. Bathroom door needs adjusting. Lighting could be brighter.
It was nice place close to Bryce Canyon.
moldy shower curtain, coffee pot but no coffee, very small tv, room was cold or hot - no happy medium, no one in the office at 8 in the morning to return key to, uncomfortable bed.
They were attentive and told me that my car window was open as it started to drizzle and warned me about an expected snowstorm.
The coffee wasn't refilled.
We liked the location to Bryce Canyon and Scenic Hwy 12 roadway.
Motel needs a lot of maint and up keep. Also could use newer towels and wash linens.
