*The room had a really nice size with two queen beds and a small living area with fridge, microwave, coffemaker, with some coffees and cups, flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa. *Free Wi-fi. *Free parking. *The room was clean. *The staff was really helpful and polite. *Less than 20 minutes from Santa Monica and Venice Beach by car. * There is a brazilian restaurant side the hotel with a fair price and nice place.
*The parking was little and not enough to attend all the rooms.
Yes we did. Good hotel, close to Venice and Santa Monica. Microwaves woven and a small fridge was nice. The dog who lives there was lovely.
Nothing, last hotel I would stay again.
All, room was dirty, we found underware under bed, frigobar was damaged as well as floor carpet, bathroom awful and customer service worts.
Basically, if you have the car is the perfect place,is not far from the beaches,is cheap and nice, there is a parking area inside.. definively I would return there!
- Fridge - Cable - Couch - Comfortable and Clean Bed - Location - Wallet Friendly
- Outdated bathroom - Room smelled stale - Parking Lot is tight and gets full at night - Cleaning staff are a bit rude
I liked the decor
The bed was too hard
I got this room for my 18 year old grandson and his friend for a graduation gift so that they could see the local sights. Charlie was very helpful in coordinating my needs to pay for the room and allow my grandson to check in without me being there. Thank you Charlie, they had a great time.
Wall a/c was barely working so room was very stuffy. TV was behind a partition and volume waas very low at max volume so could barely hear tv. No electric wall plugs in bedroom.
The room itself was comfortable and clean.
WiFi was impossible to use. It took at least 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower (and there's a drought in L.A., I thought). Ice costs 50 cents a bucket. Coffee maker is one cup appliance. No breakfast, no pool; both of which I knew about in advance but still think it detracts from the value. We wanted to check out early but no one answered the front desk bell for over 5 minutes. Proprietor still is trying to charge us for the full 2nd night, using booking.com as the excuse for doing so. We are in dispute. When they are unresponsive and unavailable, it is ridiculous to demand we pay for services not rendered.
Location. Four miles to the beaches. Large room. Nice big bathroom
Parking was tight.
Had a fridge and microwave
Crib not provided, wall lamp loosealmost falling and electrical wiring showing, lightbswitches and outlets evidently dirty, overall facility not taken care of... rust, paint peeling off, looks run down
I liked that it was smack in the middle of Washington Blvd. so we could walk to get Pizza or walk to the Wood, we were also right next door to a Brazilian cafe which allowed us to try some interesting foods :)
The bed was sooooo hard. I would wake up so many times in the night because of the hard bed. Also the walls were pretty thin so we heard everything the couple upstairs were doing. EW
Free WiFi Satellite TV
Wasn't allowed to park truck on property; was told to park elsewhere (GMC Sierra) Hotel personnel banging around property at 6am, knocked on door at 5 minutes to check-out to tell us to leave/ check-out on time. Room was not clean, hair on pillow
Wouldn't stay there for the whole vacation but handy for one night
Was very lie end quality but great value for money. Also I would question how good the security is
perfect, if u have a car and u r looking for place to sleep.
Exactly what I needed. I had an interview the following day and had to get away from the usual to relax. Did the trick. I got the job. :D
Very clean and great having a fridge and microwave
Nice, quiet, and clean motel in the Mar Vista area near Venice. Very accessible to freeways. Coffee house across the street. Convenient parking right in front of rooms. Friendly and pleasant staff.
Maybe a bit overpriced, but not too bad.
I was a little apprehensive due to the low cost. However, what a pleasant surprise! The room was clean and surprisingly spacious. They are undergoing remodeling, so it was a bit odd to have two tvs adjacent to one another, but they were in a separate area of the room, and presented no problem. The bathroom was not a jewel, but fit the requirements. The entire experience was a good one.
I was pleasantly surprised. It was much nicer looking inside than I thought it would be. Good space. Id stay again.
The floors looked visibly dirty and the shower had some chunks of hair in it. And we kept getting wifs of farts or poo.
The extra blankets on the bed.
Room 112 - the bathroom sink did not hold water and the toilet paper holder is loose so the roll does not stay on the dispenser. Didn't use the hair dryer but the electrical wiring of this device is definitely not safe. The collar around the shower head is rusted and gross to look at. On the left side of the bed when the power is on the night light would go on and off by itself. The entry door opens into the room and hits the floor mid swing causing the door to stop. The coverings for the bed were inadequate for the rainy weather that night. The windows were difficult to slide open and there was no way to securely keep them partially open for air ventilation.
The floors were wet and room is so dark.
liked the parking directly infront of room
no hot water!! would prefer a tea kettle in room
Location was excellent for us to get to the places we wanted to go. We may well come again when we have more time to spend at the beach. The separate sitting room was good, because otherwise the room was pretty small
The clerk being behind glass & total lack of a lobby made it seem impersonal, but then we weren't there to be glad-handed. Getting the car in & out was a chore, because of the peculiar arrangement of the driveway & parking. The saving grace was that the place was mostly empty; otherwise, parking would have been a nightmare.
Secluded and private. Linen and bedding very clean.
Lil run down , furniture, carpet old and out dated decor shabby chic. Bathroom window no screen view of scary alley and barbwire. Charged .50 for ice.
