The rooms on the water The gift shop The pier The bike rentals The Water Taxi to Sea world was our favorite The Food The Staff The Location The pools and jacuzzi
The Traffic The high prices for the oceanfront rooms
Big rooms Swimming pool When we complained the staff came back with a solutions we liked!
First we got very small room which is not a Premium room. Small and with no windows. I complained and we got new spacious good room. Expensive to park but parking close to room.
Location and tropical grounds. Tidal and Caveman pizza were excellent!
Spa facilities waiting area next to loud gym and no large robes. Room, bath and bed not nearly the standard for cost.
I love staying there, it was our second time visiting. The location is excellent for getting to Sea World or Sam Diego I'm general. We stayed in a bungalow on the water, which was just amazing.
They recently changed their room service options. We arrived exhausted and very casually attired and really just wanted to order in, but the options were so limited that we had to dress up some to go to dinner at one of the restaurants on site. Dinner was great, and I do love the restaurant on the water, but it wasn't the experience we were craving.
Great location and nice staff
Bathroom was awful and housekeeping not so great.
Great location and very nicely maintained grounds. Staff very helpful. Room sizes good and nice to have a little patio area. Perfect for going to seaworld and the river taxi from Paradise was a lovely way to get to SW.
We had to move rooms after 1 night. We stayed in room 160 which was right near the main pool and was just to noisy. Moved to room 327 which was in a much better location. Also very expensive to buy items in their Island market. Would recommend taking snacks with you!
The people who clean the rooms do not clean. We had to wipe everything down right after they left. Food crumbs still there. Dead misquote on bathroom wall the two days we stayed. Room service is a joke for a
Our grandchildren loved everything. Restaurants were wonderful! Lots to do.
Beach was dirty with trash. Floors in our unit made the bottoms of our feet black when walking across them.
Location of room and the fact there is a beach.
Food both room service and restaurant Would have liked table in room.
Love almost everything about this resort.
The mattress was like sleeping on concrete slab. I finally slept on the couch. 2nd night we took the mattress from the sleeper sofa and put it on the bed. It was much better but my back hurt so much from the night before that I still didn't get a good nights sleep.
Great location Friendly staff
Overpriced! There is nothing special here except the rates...
$34.00 dollars a day for parking and $24.00 a day for resort fee
Rooms are a bit small for the price
Lots to do! Very nicely located! Excellent poolside food and beverage service! Many paths to stroll alongside waterways! Very private and quiet rooms! Several good restaurants to choose from on site. Had lots of fun on rental boats and kyiak from hotel in the bay!
Beds were too hard for my preference! Plenty of convenient parking but for a nightly charge! The additional resort fee is silly and should be included in the room charge!
Lots of amenities for kids. On site restaurants. 5 pools to choose from. Steps to the bay (small waves for little children). Great staff, they will pick you up from your room and bring you to your destination. Take advantage of the water taxi to Sea World- it's worth every penny!!!!
I love the location and the pretty grounds.
The room was in need of some attention. There was a very big scrape on the wall in the living room. The room was very dusty on the baseboards. Their was hair in the bathroom on the wall when we walked in.
The grounds are beautiful. I felt safe walking early in the morning and the beach was very peaceful and relaxing.
The tropical grounds feeling very peaceful. Upgraded to a bigger room. Nice beds!! And linens.
Felt overall that place is tired looking. Pool towels worn. Pool area could use paint job. Gym and gym bathrooms should have a person attending them at all times. Bathrooms not kept up. Gym should have bigger towels and maybe bowl of fruit. Facility is tired looking needs sprucing up. A lot of potential!!!! Can see how it was when new. Grounds and ponds need to be cleaned of leaves for a more pristine look. Saw plastic bag in pond. Room floors should be mopped everyday. Bare feet were dirty. No garbage cans in bathroom or bedroom. Make sure blinds are operating. Had one on bedroom that was difficult to close cPhone and IPod chargers should be placed in rooms for charging convenience. One bottle of water should be offered free in rooms. (Stayed at W in LA and that's what they offered. 2 other bottles were there also, but cost money. Little things are what people remember. Hope this helps. It would take very little to make this an excellent facility.
The distance to the beach
People hardly ever cleaned the room! The parking space was narrow!
Superb location in the bay. My kids preferred the main beach an waves so we left every day.
The room is humid, the bathroom is very dirty and tired. The resort definitely needs new management and urgently needs renovation.
Beautiful location and lots of amenities.
Odor in bathroom. Beach was overloaded with people, and little dirty. NOT a romantic type couples destination. Building Maintenance and landscape maintenance could use more "daily" man power maintenance.
I booked lanai garden view room and had a view of dead grass and dirt and a broken down fence. I was quoted $540 for 2 day stay and in the end with taxes, parking and " resort fees" paid $200 more with a final bill of $ 740! Wasnt expecting that at all. Very disappointed.
Excellent views andgrounds
