Having everything you need at one place
Barefoot Grill Beach front room Room Friendly staff
The darkness of the streets at night. I stayed in one night because I didn't want to walk around by myself.
Being right on the beach in the bayside suite All the swimming pools The Gym is great Restaurants are good
Sofa's in Living room are horrible to sleep on. Got a roll away and that was not much better. So when the room says sleeps 4 two in bedroom two in queen size sofa bed in living room it is not comfortable. Also, the kitchen should supply a few utensils even if plastic and paper. The microwave and fridge worked well but a few extra little things would be a nice addition for the price of the bayside junior suites
Amazing hotel and grounds. Very safe for children and food and pool area were great. Rooms were lovely.
Good location and fabulous facility
Service at the barefoot bar was very slow
Liked that it had the boat rentals right on the property. Room was spacious but barren looking.
It only had one decent restaurant, which was the higher end one. the food was great, service fantastic but it was only at that restaurant. the restaurant we went to for breakfast under cooked our food and then overcooked it. Took too long to get the food to our table.
All the activities, restaurants and staff were awesome! This was our first visit and we were beyond satisfied with our staff we will be making this an annual vacation.
Booking stated out room would have a king size bed but we had 1 queen sized bed.
Nice tropical garden, lots of plants and flowers.
Totally overpriced and crowded place, we found our two bungalows in a bad condition but couldn't switch because was totally booked out. The pics on the booking-page are totally different from what you get at the end...
- position - structure - pools - equipped patio garden and pond just out of the room -atmosphere
The grounds were beautiful. The food at the restaurants was very good. The Caveman Pizza was awesome. The gas fireplace pits at the pool were great.
The cost to stay there is way too high. I would love to come back next year but it is not within my reach. Our daughter had to split the cost with us in order to stay there. Also there should not be a resort fee and parking fee on top of the high cost of the rooms. Need more gas fireplace pits as they were always taken. We expected the pools to be more of a resort size, however, they were well maintained.
Dirty shower, noise bed, staff no courtesy
Close to beach/bay. Family orinted. Friendly staff.
Hotel needs to spend some money to bring outdoor grounds, landscaping, exterior of facility to today's standard. It looks like not enough employees were hired to keep the place in top shape at all times. Spider webs almost everywhere. Overall looks ok. Managment need to pay attention to details around resort. Need to have an lazy river pool area with water slides.
The rooms on the water The gift shop The pier The bike rentals The Water Taxi to Sea world was our favorite The Food The Staff The Location The pools and jacuzzi
The Traffic The high prices for the oceanfront rooms
Location Restaurants Water sports Closeness to Seaworld Safe secure environment Low rise architecture Helpful staff
Not a 4 resort but paying 4 star prices Accommodation was very dated Old fashion bathrooms with very poor water pressure Noisy a/c Passport for Paradise is a con, there is no excuse charging for parking internet & extra facilities, ie fitness room
Soley amend the room charges after booking. Additional charges - Tourism Assessment fee. Charged double on daily parking fee.
I liked the location, the beach, the park across the street and the atmosphere. Tidal restaurant has great food and perfect atmosphere indoor & outdoor.
1. The beds were really in a bad shape. Squeaking and poking springs. 2. The cleaning of the room was poor. 3. Reception staff were nice but not taking any complaint seriosly... It felt like they didnt really care. 4. Coffee bar only open half a day. No other option to get coffee within 1.5 miles after 2pm:( 5. No soda machines
location pools rooms comfortable
At the poor, in the Tidal restaurant and at the coffee bar the servers weren't the best. They were slow, and forgot a lot of stuff. Bungalows are quit pricey.
Big rooms Swimming pool When we complained the staff came back with a solutions we liked!
First we got very small room which is not a Premium room. Small and with no windows. I complained and we got new spacious good room. Expensive to park but parking close to room.
Not being at the hotel The beaches The attractions around San Diego The morning Coffee from Reception - the Barista there is a great guy with a service oriented mindset.
Being at the hotel Lack of knowledge from hotel staff about hotel procedures and facilities - to the extent of being rude and contesting information that is in the hotel information booklet Pools were dirty Room was dirty - they do not wash the Floors of the room - you can feel dirt under foot The rooms need renovation The fridge made a terrible noise all night and kept us awake The hotel and restaurants were inflexible and would not accept any change requests - unless you find the odd friendly staff member
Loved the grounds. Room was large. Great location.
Bathroom needed updating. Bathtub grout moldy and should be replaced. Towels were pretty stiff and rough. Resort sees ridiculous. $34 per day for parking stall over $28 for resort fees - several line items on the bill each day.
The idea of Paradise Point
- Bed covered in ants - Not only is the room WAY overpriced for what you get, they charge you an exorbitant amount for everything while on their property - Not young people friendly - Staff didn't seem to care whether you stayed with them or not - When I submitted bad feedback on their questionnaire, they have an auto response that apologizes and says they'll be contacting shortly to discuss... and they never bothered to.
Good area... Nice venue
Nickled and dimes me to death... To the point my estimated email cost was 800+ dollars under for stay
The location is exelente , the beach with the acces of a fire place was good. Good experience for the family the pool was clean food at the pool was good
Parking should be includ it with the room charge Paying extra charge for parking it was ridiculous needs a little upgrade on bathrooms
Location and tropical grounds. Tidal and Caveman pizza were excellent!
Spa facilities waiting area next to loud gym and no large robes. Room, bath and bed not nearly the standard for cost.
