Pool area Location Rooms large and comfy
The ocean view
I didn't like how they lot my pillow that I brought with me ; when they moved our stuff to a different room they didn't take the pillow .
Loved the 3 bedroom villa and the view.
Not enough stuff for children (like a games room, water play etc...)
Great place to stay for the price!! My son loved all the pools selection...so much to do outside your hotel room!! The room was clean and comfortable! Staff was very nice!! Would def recommend to others
Parking garage is pretty tight...of you have kids be sure not to allow them to run freely...hard for cars to see around curves!
Location, Room very clean
The room was clean, pool onsite and decent view
I thought I purchased a " double room with double beds" because that what was said, instead it was one room with two beds in it, it also said " ocean view" when I got there it was a side oven view
Room was clean, spacious and had a full kitchen. The ocean view was incredible. We asked for an early check-in and our room was ready by 2:00 p.m. as estimated. We did not eat at the resort, but the buffet breakfast looked awesome.
Not enough covered parking and no way to tell covered lot was full without driving through it first.
the beds were very comfortable. the pools were very nice.
confusing when you enter, because of how the lobby is set up.
Clean Rooms Wonderful house keepers Great beach access Spacious Nice location
The parking garage was a bit hard to get around in but you do have the option to park across the street in a nice lot.
Loved the lazy rover and tiki hut
Needs more kids activities and kids swim areas
This hotel is beautiful, and they take great effort in taking care of their guest!
Nothing I did not like.
Loved the place, great room, loads of space, location perfect for relaxing on the beach, great car parking - always found a space immediately.
peculiar smell at the pool, interesting access to lobby.
Room amenities: washer/ dryer, free wifi, dishwasher, fridge Great customer service, friendly staff Location- right on the beach Ocean view Multiple swimming pools Cable/ DVD player
Bed covers were a bit shabby Beds were extremely hard Had a hard time getting DVD player to work- temperamental
Right on beach, plenty of pool access, (they have an agreement with compass cove to use their waterpark and pool facilities) the Wi-Fi is awesome. Very studious front desk. My 8yr old was loving the shuffle board.
Their fun and Sun package only includes 1 ticket for medieval Times And mini golf.
Everything was wonderful.
Easy access to extra curricula activities.
No Jacuzzi in room
Everything was good
The balcony views, the activities at the resort and nearby, the friendliness of the staff, and having a fully functional kitchen.
The lazy river is too small, and the carpet needs to be replaced. Wish the town boardwalk extended down as far as the Paradise. Maybe one day!
the ocean the pool and hot tub friendly staff the cleaning staff did a great job
our view was on the side of building and no laundry facilities we had to go three resort down to do laundry
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Room rate jumped from $89 to $111/night with taxes and fees?
Horrible beds, hard as a rock
LOVED the updated rooms, the comfortable beds, the bathrooms, the view, and the incredible price from Booking.Com. Easy beachfront access, which was steps away from a great pool and DJ. The breakfast buffet was perfect for our needs.
I did not appreciate that despite the fact that I had confirmation from the Paradise Resort itself about the price and number of nights arranged through Booking.Com, that Paradise tried to charge me a couple hundred dollars more for the last two nights. When I showed the printed receipt, we got it at the originally agreed-upon price. But in short, I didn't like the "bait and switch" attempt. Didn't love the size of the "ocean view" decks. Too small and there were only two of us! Go "ocean front" for more room. Elevators are slow on check-in/out days. Didn't like that maintenance tried to get into our room to fix the phone (without our knowledge ahead of time AND without credentials) I didn't like that amateur fireworks are set off on the beach at random hours throughout the night, but it isn't technically on Paradise's property, so there isn't much they can do. I suspect it happens at all the beaches though.
Room was beautiful. We had 7 people. Beds were very comfortable. We had a 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space foe everyone. Staff was very helpful and kept us fully stocked with towels. View from our room was spectacular. Sunrise was so wonderful. This was our first ever cOmplete family vacation with all 4 of my children and my daughter in law. It was very memorable and we plan to return again in 2 years. We even received a few coupons for mini golf which we really enjoyed. The little restaurant in the facility put on a wonderful steak dinner the we had one night. The tiki bar was a great place to get a drink on the site so you didn't have to drive. They even had entertainment during the day with several different venues who were there.
Only a few things. When we checked in there was a dirty t shirt in the front hallway closet. The rest of the room was great. Now to get to the rooms from the check in office was a pain. You had to walk through the parking garage to get to the main elevators. I did not like that too much a risk of getting hit. Several times upon returning from being out we had near misses. At one point a as we were pulling into the garage parents were not watching the young one who darted in front of a vehicle almost getting hit. Something needs to be done with that part of the building to insure the safety of the guests either going too or from their cars. Also There needs to be better monitoring of the pool and hot tub. There were totally unsupervised children in both. At one point there was a woman holding a baby in the hot tub with her. That is unsanitary for other clients and unhealthy for the child. Without a doubt it is a wonderful place to stay and the problems were minor.
Right near the airport.. Nice size clean room with a great ocean view.
Concierge were not knowledgable about the area.. discount tickets for events were not available with concierge desk for our stay. When requesting a taxi to the airport the night before concierge failed to make arrangements. When asked about a specific restaurant location for breakfast we were told 3 block walk it was 10 block walk in 95 degree weather very disappointing.
