οτι ήταν σε σχετικα κεντρικό σημείο να ελέγχει τα κλιματιστικά καθώς επίσης κ αν στο δωμάτιο είχαν καπνίσει (παρότι απαγορεύεται). στην αρχή μου δόθηκε ένα δωμάτιο που μύριζε καπνό. Στη συνέχεια άλλαξα δωμάτιο. Το επόμενο είχε ένα πρόβλημα με το κλιματιστικό κ έβγαζε κρύο αέρα. Το τρίτο δωμάτιο ήταν εντάξει. Κ τα δύο πρώτα ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρά. |

The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a fantastic location. The rooms were very small for the price, but it is NYC. Rooms on the lower levels can be quite noisy. |

Excellent location, friendly staff Bathroom should be renovated. Lobby is a little tired. Library lounge is great. Internet wifi access should be free. |

One cannot find a better location in New York! The room was small but well decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. I moved here after a bad experience in a hostel uptown and comparatively the Paramount was BRILLIANT. Perhaps the price, but it is in downtown Manhattan, so what can one expect! |

What we liked the most was its central location. It had noisy AC (not very efficient either) and was noisy even at the 10th floor (would need double glazed windows). |

Doormen were friendly and helpful. After that, it was downhill. Example: Porter brought bags up to room, but did not take the time to point out where things were, and in particular how to operate thermostat. Very convenient location to attend theatres and restaurants. Too much noise. On the last night there was a very loud motor running from about 3 a.m. - 5:30 a.m. across the street; consequently I got about 4 hours sleep. The regular noise of a New York city street is to be expected, but this noise was irritating and ridiculously intrusive. |
