Location was great and the comfort level is good. Its value for money. The reception staff were very rude. They didn't honour Booking.com voucher. They asked for 300 USD deposit as accidental policies. They didn't allow me to checkin although i was paying the full amount in advance for room |

Very central location, near Times square. Luxury towels. Large screen TV. Fitness room. My room was closet-like, with a distance between a bed and a wall was barely a foot on one side, and 2 feet on the other one. Since a TV was located on one of this side walls, the viewing angle was about 30 degrees. The business center in a dark corner consisted of 3 computers, operated by another company, with no instructions or on-line help. Very disappointing for business travelers. |

Central location with gym, bar and restauant facilities Inaccurate advice from a male concierge who sold us an express tickets for the Empire State building to avoid the long queues. Not a queue in sight and information he should have been aware of. Howver the female concierge was most helpful |

The hotel was excellent. What we got for our money was amazing - the location couldn't have been better (a 2 minute walk into times square!) and the room was great (the hotel was rennovated in April and it really showed) We actually were given an upgrade to a bigger room when we arrived, without even asking!. We had everything we wanted! Would definitely stay here again i thought the charge for holding your bags when we had checked out of the room was a bit ridiculous |

Access to theaters-- Yes< the price for room, the heating system, the noise, the cigarette smoke smell, the amount of people due to location by times square |

The main advantage of this hotel is the good location about 100 meters from times square. I booked a superior queen room. The size was OK. I would say about the regular size of a standard room in Europe. But there were very few furniture inside the room, particularely in the bathroom where no furniture was available for putting on the toilet bag or other things. The hotel is too expensive for the level of comfort that it offers. Additionally, everything has to be paid seperately, even wireless internet and baggage storage in the lobby. In my opinion those services should be integrated in the room price. |

convenience was great, so close to everything. concierge was very helpful and suggested several good places to eat. The toilet was crooked, so that you could not sit on it straight. The seat cover could barely be raised because it squished against the toilet paper. the bathroom was smaller than a closet. |

The hotel is located very close to times square which is an enormous advantage if you are planning on visiting the city without having to 'travel' too much. The rooms are clean Rooms are relatively small, but as we were there to visit that didn't bother us too much. |

The locationof the hotel was perfect for first time visitors to New York as it was central to Tims Square and Broadway and lots of other attractions/places to visit. I booked a classic double room and it was just like a shoe box. The decor was beautiful but two people could not pass in the room. Our heating was very noisy so we were however moved to another room which was slightly bigger, however I do not feel that this was value for money at $300 per night at the weekends. |

I cannot praise your staff enough. On Sunday, 12/13/09 I had a stroke and was taken to the hospital by paramedics. Your staff, namely Amanda and Lorenzo were very courteous and supportive. They promptly aided my friend who came to the hotel to pack my clothing, etc. When it was later discovered that my friends missed my cane and cell charger, they searched and found it and called me. They were willing to forward the items via ups, but my friend picked them up. I returned to the hotel for one night before flying to cal the next day. Lorenzo was particularly supportive, courteous and concerned regarding my condition. Your staff and hotel is tops in my book. Rooms were very small for two people. |

great position! close to times square, upper east side, upper west side. you can reach village and soho in 10 minutes. that`s great! the room is too small, the breakfast is not included. I`ve been in hotels all over the world more beautiful than this one and for a less price they included the breakfast too. |

closeness to time square, theatre, food, and central to all entertainment locations, bargaining, joy rides and 24 hour brightness.intermingled classy to the weird to the hill billies and the apes. too small for the price. door to bed 18 1nches, no refrigerator. you can inhale the soap accidentally still wrapped. 22 drops of shampoo counting the smudge left inside the bottle.i had to use the blow dryer to dry my ears( no Q-tips/cotton) pushing back in the ear wax to my ear drums. from waking up 26 steps from bed to toilet to shower to closet to the table and out the door. |
