netissä hotelli näytti paljon paremmalta kuin kuvissa.. kaupunkilomalla ei tuonne hotelliin mennä asumaan vaan nukkumaan. |

Hotellin sijainti on New Yorkin nähtävyyksien ja ostosten tekemisen kannalta erinomainen. Myös vastaanottohenkilökunta on ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Hotellin huoneiden taso ei vastaa hintaa. Myös aamiaisen hinta on tavalliselle turistille suorastaan kohtuuton. Kokolattiamatot eivät ole hotelleissa tätä päivää. |

What we liked the most was its central location. It had noisy AC (not very efficient either) and was noisy even at the 10th floor (would need double glazed windows). |

Doormen were friendly and helpful. After that, it was downhill. Example: Porter brought bags up to room, but did not take the time to point out where things were, and in particular how to operate thermostat. Very convenient location to attend theatres and restaurants. Too much noise. On the last night there was a very loud motor running from about 3 a.m. - 5:30 a.m. across the street; consequently I got about 4 hours sleep. The regular noise of a New York city street is to be expected, but this noise was irritating and ridiculously intrusive. |

The hotel was recently fully renowated but kept his historic designers touch. The friendly staff and the unforgetable lobby is another plus of this hotel. |

The hotel staff are very friendly. I was especially impressed by the bell and door staff. Very comfortable beds. The rooms are a bit small, but then again this is NYC. All of the other amenities make up for it. |

We liked the location as your just steps away from the high energy of Times Square. Considering the high price of our small room, WiFi should be complementary. |

Rooms were clean and the location was excellent. Rooms were very small and are unsuitable for large families, lobby has strange decoration and lifts have inadequate lighting and are dark. Price is high for this kind of hotel. |
