We liked the location.
Service was poor and there were not really any amenities. Rooms are small and the TV reception was poor on a lot of stations.
The location was excellent. The food was great and plenty of it.
The taxes that we're added on arrival and the bathroom was very small. I thought the hotel was expensive for the amount of time that we were in it. The receptionist told me that we had been upgraded, I would hate to have seen the room that we were meant to get.
Very small room. You have to climb over the toilett to get to the shower. There are some better hotels near by the time square.
I loved it - Great room - friendly staff. The location was perfect. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
The Room: Beds and Pillows very comfortable The Lobby: great design, welcoming , interactive, great DJ, very relaxing atmosphere The Bar: reasonably good food, great cocktails, and freindly staff Corso: Great Coffee and Good Qukaity Sandwiches, Friendly Staff , Clean and Funky,
The Rooms: Way toooo Tiny!, felt very conjested, bathrooms need maintanance, and need to remove the mould and grime around some areas Wardrobe way too small for 2 people,.. Corso: Just gets a little to busy in the morning due to many hotel guests using this outlet for morning coffee , the wait 3 times out of 5 was over 20 minutes ,. too long for a grab and go place. Raw Sugar does not pour out easily from holder.:-(
A good nights sleep. Comfortable bed.
The rooms were extremely small and I was misled by the description on booking.com. This led me to having to cancel the second nights' stay and booking an alternative hotel as the rooms were so small you just couldn't function in them. Very dissappointed
You know exactly what to expect from The Paramount. It's easy to stay there. No fuss but well designed rooms, clean, convenient and fun.
I stay there often. I like it there.
The location was excellent, the lobby of the hotel was also very nice.
the room was extremely small, not big enough for 2 people, it was not big enough to put 2 suitcases in. The room also had a very bad small of damp. We ordered 2 bottles of still water to be delivered to the room and on departure were very shocked and disgusted to find ourselves with a bill for $40!!
Staff is always helpful, friendly and efficient. While the Paramount seems to attract a younger crowd, the hotel rooms and hallways are always quiet. Sometimes it feels like there's not another soul on your floor. Perfect conditions for a peaceful night's rest.
Low water pressure but not unbearable.
price and midtown location
Insane times square busy ... long check in lines... wait for elevator
No air conditioning - 81 degrees in our room! Hotel staff unapologetic for the "inconvenience". Hotel staff valaid my car when then were apparently not supposed to in order to collect a tip. I was lied to about having access to my parked car to put luggage after checkout an prior to vacating the garage. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
Room clean, location perfect, staff very friendly and helpful
Room very tiny. Too many extra charges (in Canada WiFi is free everywhere)
The rooms were super small. I felt like I was in a little white box. The staff told me my room was actually big. The last time I was there I stayed at the W...and it was very nice. I guess this being a boutique hotel you get a real sense of what a new apartment is like.
That they didn't honor my booking.com price. But other than that this hotel was good.
The location is good.
room is too small and there is no water boiler. I asked reception to book taxi and they charged $10 extra and the taxi is not licienced. The hotel tell us the price is $62.5 and when we paid the taxi fee, the driver didn't give us back enough change ! We are supposed to give him some tips but acted in this way is ridiculous!
Staff friendly and helpful. Some rooms very noisy with air con units outside.
Not as smart as it once was.
Location good internet access the staff were very polite, helpful and quick to respond
Windows were locked Air conditioner was very noisy and either freezing or not cooling at all. Room was musty/ mouldy water was dripping through the ceiling (my room was changed); paint work in the first room was peeling water pressure was very low for the shower Shower in the first room was breaking Breakfast was very expensive
Excellent Location Close to Times Square Room is small but ok Bathroom is small but ok Lobby is excellent
Except for a couple of staff members most of the team is grouchy and appears stuck up Not family or child friendly We were not allowed to eat in lobby but later we saw few others eating Service is slow and unreliable
Common area in the lobby was comfortable, sleek and stylish, a good place to hang out instead of the room. Staff was attentive.
Room was clean but claustrophobic & cramped with no place to open my suitcase other than the bed. Felt like a scene from "Being John Malkovich". Bathroom was way too small and difficult to use, the shower had virtually no water pressure.
It was well but together! Was very fancy and the look of the place was amazing.
I didnt like how small the room was but it still was really nice.
After missing the airport shuttle, the front desk and doormen staff were more than helpful trying to get me a solution ASAP
No free wifi @ rooms
Renovated lobby is attractive. Great location for theatres and restaurants.
Smallest room I've ever had outside of Europe. Very poor water pressure in shower. Lighting in lobby and elevators too low.
The location is amazing, just the right place for every thing
The room is too small for a normal human size!!
