The hotel was a good value for the location and for the level of services offered and the contemporary feel. Was crowded at times, registration got backed up. |

We were well looked after. The staff were excellent. Any issues were attended to immediately. The rooms were very well presented and spacious. We would definitely stay again. It was an excellent position for access to shops. |

Great view on the 26th floor-great location-good rate. From other reviews we expected the homeless hanging around the hotel. We didn't see any around the hotel. The ones we encountered away from the hotel were not aggressive or offensive. Room service was prompt and the food good. We felt the hotel was a safe and secure place to be and staff helpful. Bath amentities poor quality and internet didn't work in the business center. The business center had 5 computers, and whenever we were there along with other guests, none of us could get them to work. Frustrating. |

Nice view over the city on top floors (we stayed on 27th floor) and brilliant breakfast. High parking cost (about 30 USD per night) however seems to be usual for the location. |

Can't think of anything we liked-such a disappointment! We reserved a special room for our Wedding Anniversary. The room was a huge disappointment to say the least! We upgraded to a room with a view and it was anything but! The bathrooms were not clean.Will never stay at this hotel again.Looked nothing like the pic on-line! |

Location is great!! You can walk only a few minutes from a station and very convenient for shopping. There is only 1 or 2 people only at the front counter even though there are many people who want to check in or others all day. so you have to make a que all the time. |

Our initial room was fair, not quite the view i was looking for; however after being constantly disturbed by our noisy neighbors with young children, we were moved across the building to a beautiful room with outstanding views over the bay and downtown. I was impressed with the ease and speed that Tip at the front desk made the changes... |

The room and hotel was wonderful. Everything was first class and the staff was friendly and helpful. Access to transportation--cable cars and buses in the city and connections to Airport and trains was easy. |

This hotel is in middle of everything. We didn't get the kind room we want! They moved us into a very lower floor level handicap room with a King bed, b/c they don't have any more king-bed rooms. Also, the pay preview movie on tv charged us without notice!! |

New/updated art in lobby & registration. Good location with easy street and mass transit access. Printed hotel literature in rooms needed updating. No bathroom fans. |
