Parc 55 Wyndham San Francisco - Union Square

Vi var 4 mennesker og værlset var simpelthen alt for lillet til 2 dobbelt senge. Man skulle betale for Wii Fee og det synes vi ikke er ok

I like everything in this hotel...the location...the view (especially at night)..awesome! It's very near to shopping areas, cable car is right in front of the hotel. I will go back again and I will still choose Parc 55.

The new Gym was state of the art!

The staff were rude and for a place so new and modern it just wasn't clean or tidy bins overflowing etc

The best gym! Up-to-date equipment and stocked with the latest that you find in any gym. Although do need a bosu!

Was close to public transport and the staff were very friendly.

One morning I had to wait 10 mins for the elevator. Wifi was not included and was really expensive so I chose not to buy it.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to Union Square, Cable Car, Hop-on, Hop-off bus, restaurants, shopping area. The airport train stop is very near to the hotel.

The curtains were clear, which allowed too much light in the morning to enter the room.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. I especailly want to give thanks to Cristina who checked us in...she was very friendly and professional. WE told her it was our 40th anniversary and she was able to give us an exceptional rate! Cristina is truly an asset to Parc 55!

Location was superb, you can't beat it. Had a good price deal through booking, then decided to extend my stay and paid higher rate but still good price compared to others. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Liked their air conditioning system. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay there and would stay there again !

1) The bathrooms didn't have vents so it gets really stuffy after showers. 2) It would've been nice if the rooms had refrigerators. I didn't try requesting one though.

Location was great. Rooms were nice and comfortable. I got a great price. Staff was nice.

Shower pressure was horrible due to the handle being broken.

Service was wonderful. Location was excellent for what we wanted, even the walk to the Embarcadero wasn't too far. Rooms were lovely.

Having to pay for water, music channels on the television, coffee, etc...the nickel and dime charges after paying a substantial hotel fee for the stay.

pillows location was excellent during the day

very old bathroom old towels the shampoo and toileteries had very cheap image and quality carpet looks dirty old hair drier the location at night was dangerous, many people asking for money few blocks away

we totally enjoyed everything about our stay the room was spacious clean and beautiful it overlooked the city with bay windows, the staff was amazaing it was our anniversary and we were treated so special , houskeeping was personal and amazing .they upgraded our room at no additional cost for our anniversary we received on our day complimentary breakfast and drinks later I would totally reccomend this hotel to anyone visitng sanfrancisco and we will stay there again if we are able to!!! thank you for an amazing vacation you should very proud of your hotel and staff

Staff was very friendly. I loved that the hotel held our luggage even after checking out so we could sight see.

I didn't like the fact that I booked a double queen bedroom months in advance but was told that they were out upon my arrival.

This hotel is close to everything you would want to do and see in SF and a just a walk to the wharf. Public transportation is close.

The house keeping staff were fantastic, very friendly and efficient. Couldn't fault them. Nice view. Great location if you are after shopping, and generally want to be close to all things in the city. Great for public transport too. Check out staff member was fantastic.

It wasn't a good welcoming to Parc 55 by the lady at reception and this left a little sour taste in our mouth at first. However, upon checkout the lady at reception was excellent & sincerely apologised for the check in experience and took off internet charges and threw in a free breakfast for us, so we found her service excellent. She also offered to upgrade us to a Suite if we choose to stay another time which we will. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the air con didn't work very well.

We thought the rooms and amenities were very nice and we loved the location.

For me personally the bedding was too much, to warm for the time of year we were there. A small thing...

I did not like how our bill went from 169 to 306 due to parking and all the added taxes without being told. My husband asked at check in if the full amount was being charged and the lady said yes. She said they were also charging 100 just in case anything got broken but would be refunded at check out. I just think they should say that taxes and parking are not included and that it would be going up to over 100 dollars more. Kinda crazy

Proximity to all tourist attractions,BART and shops/malls. Friendly and helpful staff.

Slightly lengthy wait at reception,but would be in keeping with the busyness and size of the hotel,so no real hassles. Panhandlers around the exits of the hotel.

My reservation was noted that I was getting married. I received the best service from everyone at the hotel!! The upgraded suite was simply amazing.

Our request for a nice room with a view for our 25th wedding anniversary was accomodated with a great corner room on the 26th floor.

The rooms are clean and view was really something!!the malls right across the street

Boarder line from a bad neighborhood we went down the street and almost got mugged this guy was following us around. Rooms are kind of pricey for a small room which are not even sound proof

Proximity to Union Square shopping, quiet & comfortable accommodations, great value
