Sehr gute Lage, sehr zentral. Die Endstation der Cable Car ist praktisch um die Ecke. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr sauberes Hotel. |

Das Hotel liegt zentral im Altstadtbereich von San Francisco. An der Rezeption ist man gerne behilflich, wenn es um die Organisation von Touren geht. Das Frühstück ist überteuert und für den PC mit Internetzugang werden 5 $ für 20 Min. verlangt. |

Die Lage ist zentral - sofern man im Business District zu Hause sein möchte. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, komfortable Betten. Die Mitarbeiter am Check-In waren sehr nett. Rund um das Hotel wimmelt es von Obdachlosen. Die Neighborhood ist daher bedingt attraktiv. Die Mitarbeiter beim Concierge-Service waren eher unfreundlich. |

Linens were high quality. Room was clean. Price was excellent. Bed very comfortable. Food in lobby bar was not appealing. Room service breakfast was disappointing...expensive, our order not able to be filled (no spinach at 7am?????), not very tasty. We would not take our meals or snacks at the hotel in the future. |

close to sf centre, quite a distance to china town, a great struggle to take others. 1. as branded with 4 stars hotel , my concept of having sleeper, toothbrush, hot pot for boiling water should be mandatory, however the answer from housekeeping is 'we don't have these' 2. the on demand key on TV mote, the have a choice of pressing 'send ?? for preview, but it turns to charge to room if you cannot press cancel now. |

The hotel is very clean, very inviting and very comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located for anything you might want to do, sightseeing, entertainment or dining. It is close to all forms of public transportation, trolleys, cable cars, trains, buses. The bed was comfortable, the bedding very nice. The hotel staff was very accomodating. We would definitely stay there again. The room rates are high enough that little things like local phone calls should be included. |

Very good location. Next to bart, muni, Cable car stations, Union Square. Comfortable beds. Nice room. No fridge, no safe in the room. Though the icemachine on the corridor close to my room was not able to produce ice (while I stayed there), it was plugged in, and was terribly noisy. It's not the fault of the hotel, but the next building has been under construction, and the early start of the works made the nights very short. :-) |

Proximité des transports en commun, confort. Situé dans dowtown, à quelques pas de Tenderloin, quartier pas très conseillé surtout le soir, peulé de nombreux homeless. Prix du parking exorbitant : 46 dollars par jour + tax!!! |
