We love that the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and the location is great. We have stayed here before, and would stay here again. I think parking at the hotel should be less expensive. I also would like the hotel to offer a simple continental breakfast as part of the room rate. |

Great view of the city. Very comfortable bed. All very clean and chic. Great central location. Very helpful staff Charges for everything: the water in the room, extortionate parking, expensive internet access, unbelievably expensive breakfast which looked like it was $17 per person and came out at $24. The health club was a little limited. I thought there was a swimming pool but there wasn't. |

We only had a short stay - stopover of 2 days as we were on route to Canada. Close proximity to Union Square / Cable Car and city shopping and ofcourse the easy access from SFO Airport via the BART. $10 return trip each was a steel.
Not a thing - was just perfect and I would stay again, actually I would go out of my way to stay there again |

Perfecte lokatie. Comfortabel hotel. Goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Inchecken kostte 1 uur door een administratiefout van het hotel. Hierbij moest ik onzin-opmerkingen van het hotelpersoneel ( "voor 2 kamers heeft u 2 boekingsnummers nodig") weerleggen. Dat had sneller en soepeler gekund. Op zondag ochtend om 9.15 am wekte 'housekeeping ' het gehele hotel door op deuren te kloppen en te vragen of er al schoongemaakt kon worden. Vreemd! |
