It was next to the shopping area (A&F, Macy's, etc). The lobby/check in area/bar was really nice. Well, we paid the extra to get a room with a view and the view we had was of buildings. It wasn't the view shown in the pictures on the website. Plus, the room was relatively small for the price. Maybe its the city and everything is small and really expensive, but I was expecting almost a whole separate room (like the living room)... Oh well, it was still a good time. |

Location, convenient to theatre, comfortable beds Non smoking floor and someone was smoking and I did not get reassigned a room. To pay for WiFI. 45 dollars for parking is a bit expensive. |

Excellent location (near Union Square) and specious clean room. Parking was expensive ($44/night) and you have to also pay for Internet. |

Linens were high quality. Room was clean. Price was excellent. Bed very comfortable. Food in lobby bar was not appealing. Room service breakfast was disappointing...expensive, our order not able to be filled (no spinach at 7am?????), not very tasty. We would not take our meals or snacks at the hotel in the future. |

close to sf centre, quite a distance to china town, a great struggle to take others. 1. as branded with 4 stars hotel , my concept of having sleeper, toothbrush, hot pot for boiling water should be mandatory, however the answer from housekeeping is 'we don't have these' 2. the on demand key on TV mote, the have a choice of pressing 'send ?? for preview, but it turns to charge to room if you cannot press cancel now. |

The hotel is very clean, very inviting and very comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located for anything you might want to do, sightseeing, entertainment or dining. It is close to all forms of public transportation, trolleys, cable cars, trains, buses. The bed was comfortable, the bedding very nice. The hotel staff was very accomodating. We would definitely stay there again. The room rates are high enough that little things like local phone calls should be included. |

Very good location. Next to bart, muni, Cable car stations, Union Square. Comfortable beds. Nice room. No fridge, no safe in the room. Though the icemachine on the corridor close to my room was not able to produce ice (while I stayed there), it was plugged in, and was terribly noisy. It's not the fault of the hotel, but the next building has been under construction, and the early start of the works made the nights very short. :-) |

Proximité des transports en commun, confort. Situé dans dowtown, à quelques pas de Tenderloin, quartier pas très conseillé surtout le soir, peulé de nombreux homeless. Prix du parking exorbitant : 46 dollars par jour + tax!!! |
