サンフランシスコの繁華街の中心にあり、比較的にやすく、市内観光やショッピング、近郊の観光、シリコンバ- レー等でのビジネスにも使える程度の良いホテルである。 意外といいホテルであったので感謝している。繁華街の中心部に位置し、夜間の騒音（パトカーのサイレン等）- が気になった。 |

Powellというダウンタウンの中心でケーブルカーなど交通の便も良く、室内も清潔で非常によいホテルで- した。 セキュリティーボックス、冷蔵庫がないことは不満でした。また、夜間、どうしても幹線道路脇ですので、車の- サイレンなど騒音が気になりました。 |

ロケーションもよく空港からのアクセスがBAR等を利用するにも便利。今時にしては喫煙フロアーを設けてい- るのも選択肢があっていいと思います。1000室を超えるにしてはエレベーターのアクセスがいいことも。 |

まず、ハウスキーピングやルームサービスで働く東洋系の人達の愛想のよさ、礼儀正しさが非常に好感がもてま- した。また、インターネット（料金は高いが）や電源コンセントの多さが助かりました。 この手のどのホテルでもいえることですが、部屋全体を明るくすることができません。それから、7階に泊まっ- たのですが、外の通りの音がとてもうるさく、眠りにくい部屋でした。通りに面しているのはしかたのないこと- ですから、窓の密閉性の方に問題があります。値段は、うけるホテルの格の印象からすると、ちょっと高いでし- ょうか。 |

朝は空港までのshuttle busサービスが15分間隔であり、18ドルと値段も安く、帰りがとても便利でした。 17階のエレベーターから直ぐ近くの部屋だったので、人の話し声が朝早くからしたので、少し気になりました- 。 |

Good bedroom and bath facilities. Good view. Fun location. Friendly staff. Room smaller than expected and therefore did not seem luxurious. Room service dinner was not good. No mini bar. |

Great location, it was so easy to take the Bart Train from airport to Hotel. 5 mins walk from Powell station to Hotel. |

The very central location at the just in front of an cable car station and two blocks away from union square. The breakfast was good but not included. The room was clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. The only points which might be negative are the price for the breakfast and the extra charge for wifi. The situation with homeless people around the hotel is just normal for a big city. |

Due to overbooking, we were upgraded into a beautiful suite for free. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, it was a joy to pay to stay here. |

Closeness to other good stuff (shopping, restaurants, etc). The bar is the best place to be. Very cozy and modern! No safe boxes in rooms, matress not comfortable. |

The location was perfect in union square area. So close from transportations, food, shops, etc. The hotel is well styled. Sometimes the staff is not up to the standard of the hotel. Some are nice and some are not happy to work. |

The location was ideal for sightseeing and shopping in the heart of the city. The decor was modern and most interesting. The bedroom room and the bathroom were wery comfortable and well appointed. I was pleasantly surprised and will most certainly return. |

Erika at the front desk was fantastic, I screwed up and had my reservation for a day later. We were faced with walking around and finding a hotel for one day since they were full. Erika took the time and got us a room on the 25th floor overlooking the ocean and city. The location can't be beat, and the rooms are excellent. |
