Powellというダウンタウンの中心でケーブルカーなど交通の便も良く、室内も清潔で非常によいホテルでした。 セキュリティーボックス、冷蔵庫がないことは不満でした。また、夜間、どうしても幹線道路脇ですので、車のサイレンなど騒音が気になりました。 |

ロケーションもよく空港からのアクセスがBAR等を利用するにも便利。今時にしては喫煙フロアーを設けているのも選択肢があっていいと思います。1000室を超えるにしてはエレベーターのアクセスがいいことも。 |

まず、ハウスキーピングやルームサービスで働く東洋系の人達の愛想のよさ、礼儀正しさが非常に好感がもてました。また、インターネット（料金は高いが）や電源コンセントの多さが助かりました。 この手のどのホテルでもいえることですが、部屋全体を明るくすることができません。それから、7階に泊まったのですが、外の通りの音がとてもうるさく、眠りにくい部屋でした。通りに面しているのはしかたのないことですから、窓の密閉性の方に問題があります。値段は、うけるホテルの格の印象からすると、ちょっと高いでしょうか。 |

朝は空港までのshuttle busサービスが15分間隔であり、18ドルと値段も安く、帰りがとても便利でした。 17階のエレベーターから直ぐ近くの部屋だったので、人の話し声が朝早くからしたので、少し気になりました。 |

ロケーションが素晴らしい。BARTやケーブルカーの駅に近いため、危険な地区を通る必要がない。 ドライヤーの温度が弱すぎる、もしくは強すぎる設定にしかできない。 |

指定された部屋は大変立派で不満はありません．３０階の部屋の直ぐそばにかなりの騒音源があり，多分クーリングタワーと思いますが，快適な睡眠が取れなかったことが残念です． |

Linens were high quality. Room was clean. Price was excellent. Bed very comfortable. Food in lobby bar was not appealing. Room service breakfast was disappointing...expensive, our order not able to be filled (no spinach at 7am?????), not very tasty. We would not take our meals or snacks at the hotel in the future. |

close to sf centre, quite a distance to china town, a great struggle to take others. 1. as branded with 4 stars hotel , my concept of having sleeper, toothbrush, hot pot for boiling water should be mandatory, however the answer from housekeeping is 'we don't have these' 2. the on demand key on TV mote, the have a choice of pressing 'send ?? for preview, but it turns to charge to room if you cannot press cancel now. |

The hotel is very clean, very inviting and very comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located for anything you might want to do, sightseeing, entertainment or dining. It is close to all forms of public transportation, trolleys, cable cars, trains, buses. The bed was comfortable, the bedding very nice. The hotel staff was very accomodating. We would definitely stay there again. The room rates are high enough that little things like local phone calls should be included. |

Very good location. Next to bart, muni, Cable car stations, Union Square. Comfortable beds. Nice room. No fridge, no safe in the room. Though the icemachine on the corridor close to my room was not able to produce ice (while I stayed there), it was plugged in, and was terribly noisy. It's not the fault of the hotel, but the next building has been under construction, and the early start of the works made the nights very short. :-) |

Proximité des transports en commun, confort. Situé dans dowtown, à quelques pas de Tenderloin, quartier pas très conseillé surtout le soir, peulé de nombreux homeless. Prix du parking exorbitant : 46 dollars par jour + tax!!! |

Great location, close to shopping strip of Union Square, gourmet restaurants, and about $10 taxi to Fisherman's Wharf. Decor of the room is presentable, though room is a bit small, but we have a good rate from Booking.com, that's OK. A nice gym if you have jet lag and cant sleep during night! Front desk staff are very helpful. Flushing toilet is loud but serves the purpose, should provide better quality toilet roll. Check your bill to see if room charges are same as you've been advised at time of booking. It is better to fix it at time of check out than ask for refund later. |
