Clean. Location. A mix up with our reservation: we'd booked 2 rooms, but they only had one reserved. They do overbook & hotel was full. I produced my Bookings.com paper-work and it was sorted. A bit unnerving tho' - glad we arrived at 4 p.m. and not at 11 p.m. The receptionist (Maria) was excellent. Sorted everything and comped us breakfast for the duration of our stay to make up for the mix up. They charge for WiFi. Every one of the 5 other hotels we stayed in on the trip offered it gratis. |

Fantastic location, close to all the shops and downtown sites. Easy
Downtown location means 24 hour traffic, light sleepers beware.

Cleanliness. Location - straight outside BART train station to/from airport. Close to shopping, cable car etc. Staff excellent - Maria on reception excellent - There was a problem with our booking & she sorted it. We got a recently refurbished room - problem with (new) toilet flush. Sorted immediately by Maintenance. Overall we had a great experience & I would recommend to anyone. However, I think the hotel is a bit mean, charging $14 per day for WiFi. Every other hotel on our trip included it for free. |

The decor was amazing. The place was clean and the staff was very nice.
Can't walk outside without having a homeless person inquire for change.

The hotel itself is very grand - the staff are very busy but always helpful. I liked the fact we could control the temperature of our room when it was cold out and that it warmed up fast! I felt that for the huge price we paid for the room it would've been nice to have breakfast included but I realise that's not the norm in the States. |

we liked it very much. It was very good location hotel. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable. Housekeeping service was good. Eventhough the prices were a little bit high, but we recommend this hotel and it's worth for money you pay. The charge for internet use is extremely expensive. We went to many other countries and never paid for internet use in any hotel. |
