旧金山联合广场温德姆55公园酒店  

酒店位置很好，在房间可以看到海湾景色。离购物街和叮当车站很近，旁边一条街就是Union Square。就是停车费太贵自驾游的朋友要注意。

Amazing hotel, great room & location, great value for money!

Pelayanan karyawan hotel yang ramah, sejak dari check in , stay, sampai check out, semua nya ramah dan ringan tangan. Next trip ke San Francisco pasti saya dan keluarga akan tinggal dihotel ini lagi.

Perfect location close to shopping area, cable car station, metro station, bus station.Easy access to anywhere from the hotel.

No wifi connection unless you accept to be charged 15$ per day! It's a shame for such a hotel category .As a result we went every day to Starbucks to get our breakfast where wifi is free of Charge. I also found out that our room rate was different from a day to an other due to the level of booking, despite our booking was made months ago! It's commercially difficult to understand.

This hotel was clean, quiet and well located.The hotel even moved up to a floor with a view it was lovely.

Noise in room, we were on 12th floor and you still had a lot of noise from street level all the time

The location was perfect for our trip to San Francisco. It was centrally located and excellent location for access to the public transportation in the city. I also like the personal touch of adding the guest name to the room which showed up when calling different extensions in the hotel...it was nice to be addressed by name by the hotel staff.

My reservation was confirmed for 7 nights but after the first night I was given a bill for 1 night, had to checkout and check back in for the other nights of my stay. Also at the 2nd checkout I was charged a different rate than when I made my reservation and had to have the bill amended to reflect the rate I was given when I made the reservation. Wasn't really a big deal, it was corrected immediately when I notified the front desk of the error but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Clean, modern, very close to bart station, easy access from airport. We received a complimentary room upgrade to a suite on the 32nd floor with stunning views of city and bay. Will definitely stay again if I need a hotel in San Francisco.

It was a very positive experience, comfortable, friendly, close to shops and theater and cablecars(transportation) good selection of eating venues close by Thanks for the memory. Laurie Thomas

Good location, nice room and facilities Business section was good

Nickel and dimed you with extra charges. The room rate is enough Don't overcharge for breakfast, coffee and parking. Staff at times was cool and unfriendly
