Location in relation to the Theme Parks In Orlando was great. Golf was available on property. Price was reasonable. Units were condo, older needed some updating, very functional |

Closeness to the parks ,stores and restaurants. Housekeeping is not as effecient as it could be. While sitting in the living room you can see dust under the bed. To retrieve a toy for my grandson I had to move the couch resulting in a find of dust,dirt and leftover items. The bathroom vent was clogged with dust and dirt. The complimentary breakfast leaves alot to the imagination since you already have a kitchen in your unit-cereal and toast don't cut. |

It was spacious for a family of 4 and close to attractions like Sea World and Disney which is why we chose it. The only complaint I have is that the furniture was a bit outdated and the couch and chair had a slight smell to it and was not very comfortable to sit on. |

the sunday a.m. mgr on 3/29/09 was very accomadating / the hotel was a very good value / breakfast was so-so / I would have paid more to get a better quality breakfast. no complaints about the hotel. a very pleasant stay the room was dated / the outside patio was trashed |

Room was nice. We and our 5 years olg doughter like it very much. We didn't like breakfast. Also, our neighbours were petulant. We had 5 years old daughter with us, neighbours complained that she are ranning too noisy. |

Close to Sea World, other attractions, shopping, Downtown Disney, etc. Rooms reasonable size and comfortable. Kitchen/dining facilities good within room. Easy check in and out. Room could have been cleaner. Breakfast very basic with limited choice. |

We liked that the cleaning lady did very good job. Soaps and towels were very beautifully set. We also enjoyed large bed, dish washer, every day cleaning service, air condicioner. The sofa bed was terrible. So uncomfortable. We could not sleep on it, so we lifted the matress on the floor, and slept there. Also we rented room for four, but the sheets was only for two people. We would have liked free wifi connection, that is in most hotels self-evident. The diningroom was too small for so many people. |

The hotel is in the middle of no where, but this was not mentioned and it is disappointing. It was not clean and security safety in the room was really not optimal. I was really unsatisfied with the overall quality of the place and it was not worth the money spent! |

Price is very good. The room was not very clean, a little old and breakfast was poor. I recommend you stay at Disney's hotels (then you do not need a car and service is great). Breakfast room could have a better look and the hotel needs refurnishment. |
