Parc Corniche Condominium Suites

2ベッド―2バスルーム―１リビングのお部屋で２階でした。１階のほうが便利です。リクエストされることを- お勧めします。友人と宿泊するのにプライバシーが保てて寂しくない距離ですごせて便利でした。キッチンは狭- いです。食器を洗うためのスポンジがないので、持参されたほうがいいと思います。近くのスーパーは車で3分- 程のＰＵＢＬＩＸ。開店時間は朝7時ー20時。タオルは毎日交換、ゴミも回収してくれました。冷暖房とも使- えました。朝食会場に電子レンジがありました。

洗面所および引き出しに頭髪、ホコリが結構な量がみられました。気持ち悪いです。気になる人は我慢出来ない- レベルです。どうも床の掃除はなされてないようです。スリッパを持参されたほうがいいです。裸足で歩く勇気- はありませんでした。窓の鍵が開いていることが多いので、出かける前に確認したほうがいいです。朝食が乏し- いので連泊はつらいかも。フルーツ（パイン、オレンジ、メロン）パン（ベーグル、食パン（白、茶色）、スコ- ーン）、ゆで卵、ジュース、コーンフレークです。コーヒーが薄くて飲めないです。

ベッドメイクだけが無い。

朝食付となっていたが、朝食と言えるか疑問。確かに、パンとコーヒーとジャムは有ったが・・・。

シーツカバー交換なし、タオルを要求して持ってくるなど。

We have stayed at Parc Corniche several times in the past 3 years because of its location to Seaworld. We really like that it is tucked away and quiet and a great value. We like the restaurants that are nearby as well as it being close to a Publix and Walgreens. We did receive a call from the front desk inquirying if the room was okay which was a first and was well appreciated.

Some of the rooms we have stayed in in the past have needed some "freshening up". We have only experienced a less than clean room once and it may be partly because the room appeared to have had lots of use. The room from our latest visit could have used newer, plusher towels, a couple of towels in the room were well past their prime (thin and with holes). The addition of cushy mattress pads to the beds would be nice as they have a tendency to be hard.

The swimming pool and hot tub were excellent. Accomodations were excellent.

The continental breakfast could have been better. The only way to clean the pots and pans and dishes was to place in dishwasher. WQe had to buy dish detergent and a scrubber. There was limited stainless so hand washing was required unless the dishwasher was going to be used for just a few pieces.

The seclusion and quietness.

I asked that I only be charged for my room and Robert Welch's only to find out that I was charged for Estelle Nadel's & Joe Wallace's room. I only wanted to have their rooms held on my credit card not charged. I relayed this information to the front desk person only to find out on my bank statement that I paid for all 4 rooms!

The hotel staff were great. Very professional and friendly. They kept us infomed of the unwelcomed pizza solicitor that would slip flyers under your door.

Given it's price, it wasn't as modern (i.e. furniture, bedding, linen) as I would have expected.

The hotel was dated and was in need of a make over. The rooms were nt cleaned on a daily basis. I was dissapointed in the condition of the hotel

Housekeeping is not as effecient as it could be. While sitting in the living room you can see dust under the bed. To retrieve a toy for my grandson I had to move the couch resulting in a find of dust,dirt and leftover items. The bathroom vent was clogged with dust and dirt. The complimentary breakfast leaves alot to the imagination since you already have a kitchen in your unit-cereal and toast don't cut.
