Hotellet låg nära flygplatsen och dom olika sevärdheterna i Orlando. Vi bodde 5 personer i lägenhet och vi fick plats utan problem. Vanlig USA standard med inte helt fräscha heltäckningsmattor. |

Läget i Orlando var bra med hänsyn till nöjesparkerna. Lägenheterna fungerade bra med hänsyn till priset och man fick bra valuta för pengarna Att man på ett tvivelaktigt sätt försökte sälja time shares genom att locka med så kallade bra priser på parkbesöken ( rabatter ) som inte överenstämde med verkligheten ute på parkerna. Man tjänade inget på att slösa tid på att titta på lägenheter till salu. |

The swimming pool and hot tub were excellent. Accomodations were excellent. The continental breakfast could have been better. The only way to clean the pots and pans and dishes was to place in dishwasher. WQe had to buy dish detergent and a scrubber. There was limited stainless so hand washing was required unless the dishwasher was going to be used for just a few pieces. |

SeaWorld is located right around the corner. Spacious room with cold A/C and a full kitchen. Great Gym, Jacuzzi and Heated Pool. Golf course located next door. Dry Cleaning Service only. |

The seclusion and quietness. I asked that I only be charged for my room and Robert Welch's only to find out that I was charged for Estelle Nadel's & Joe Wallace's room. I only wanted to have their rooms held on my credit card not charged. I relayed this information to the front desk person only to find out on my bank statement that I paid for all 4 rooms! |

Slept enough people, good location to parks, shopping, food. Could cook dinner if you wanted. Lots of room and 2 bathrooms was nice for large group. They gave us the wrong room when we got there. I had to go back and switch rooms, then move all the stuff by myself because I had dropped my kids off at the park. It was a good thing I had my paperwork w/ me from my online booking!!! Once they saw that they made the change. The AC never really got cold...the one bedroom was hot the entire time. |

The hotel staff were great. Very professional and friendly. They kept us infomed of the unwelcomed pizza solicitor that would slip flyers under your door. Given it's price, it wasn't as modern (i.e. furniture, bedding, linen) as I would have expected. |

The staff are brilliant,, super friendly and helpful. the restaurant is first class and economical. The grounds are good, full of wildlife, squirrels etc. The Game room at the pool was like a sauna!! |

The hotel was clean, the staff was congential and we would stay there again if we are visiting in Orlando or near there. The housekeeping service was not what we expected. It was fair but not exceptional. |

Location in relation to the Theme Parks In Orlando was great. Golf was available on property. Price was reasonable. Units were condo, older needed some updating, very functional |

Closeness to the parks ,stores and restaurants. Housekeeping is not as effecient as it could be. While sitting in the living room you can see dust under the bed. To retrieve a toy for my grandson I had to move the couch resulting in a find of dust,dirt and leftover items. The bathroom vent was clogged with dust and dirt. The complimentary breakfast leaves alot to the imagination since you already have a kitchen in your unit-cereal and toast don't cut. |

It was spacious for a family of 4 and close to attractions like Sea World and Disney which is why we chose it. The only complaint I have is that the furniture was a bit outdated and the couch and chair had a slight smell to it and was not very comfortable to sit on. |

the sunday a.m. mgr on 3/29/09 was very accomadating / the hotel was a very good value / breakfast was so-so / I would have paid more to get a better quality breakfast. no complaints about the hotel. a very pleasant stay the room was dated / the outside patio was trashed |
