Internet was working very well!

Very noisy beds and bathroom dirty, towels with stains and a lot of hairs in the bathroom.

I liked the price for this hotel

I didn't like the smell of weed everywhere and customers around my room were noisy as hell

The location.

The Parisian doesn't rate itself a high-star, that's true. But even this attempt at truthfulness is deceptive to the online booker. When I arrived, the front desk was covered in papers and cash, the two women working appeared bored, exhausted and unclear about how even to check someone in. There were 2 people in front of me and it took 35 minutes just to check in. When I got to the desk, there was paperwork out that showed guest names, room #s and check out dates. When I asked "isn't this private information?" the response I received was its no big deal. While there was a deadbolt on the door, the door itself felt like cardboard. If the room had been vacuumed, it had been done by a vaccuum that should've been retired. I felt so unsafe, unclean and felt the staff had so little regard to the basics of hotel- guest safety I immediately left. I agreed to pay the first night since I was leaving then, but they still charged me an enormous cancellation fee that I felt was basically unfair since it was their staff and procedures that really made me felt unsafe, but given the state of the staff, the way they handled business and the state of the hotel, I can't say I was surprised by feeling dirty and swindled by even stepping into the Parisian.

Everything was bad, really bad. Don't ever go there.

The place was a dump beyond belief. Old, decrepit, dirty, smelly. It would be in booking.com interest to delist them.

It is 1 block away from the beach and Starbucks, which you will need as the breakfast is so bad that I cannot even rate it.

the staff was really bad, the overall experience was very negative. I am glad that I only stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I think the quality is only acceptable for university students, who have not seen better yet and have a limited budget. Anyone, who prefers some level of quality: do not stay here.

The staf was really unfriendly. Didn't help us with anything. The bathroom was dirty and not well cleaned. The beds we're uncomfortable. And they had no luggage room so we had to take our luggage all day when we we're in Miami.

Customer oriented staff. Efficient. Rate met our budget and you can not beat the location. You take a bus from mia airport for $2.50 and get off around Lincoln Rd which gives you a 10 minute walk to the Parisian Hotel.

Additional payment for early check-in if a room is available. Only one person was available for check-out which meant a 15 minute wait but she was very nice under pressure from people not wanting to stand in line. She ordered a cab for me which arrived in 5 minutes.

Excellent location

The breakfast was a joke. Bad food, bad coffee...

It's dirty - very poor quality bed sheets. Breakfast is horrible.

i like the location only.

there was no soap in the shower, no towels. and the wifi they promise to have is very week. the breakfast they include with the price of the room is a complete joke they feed you sunny delight. stale doughnuts and very week coffee. and in the hall way it smelled like some one was smoking weed all night long every day.

The Location. Near by the beach, shops and restaurants

The first day of arrival. Very bad personal. Not even a little of hospitality in their whole body. They have no luggage store. It was not possible to leave your luggage, so I had to wait outside for 3,4 hours next to my suitcase. Because check in was only possible at 15.00 PM you had to pay 50 Dollar to put your bag earlier in the room. And also when you check out at 11.00 AM you can not leave your luggage for a view hours. Booking .com should warn people on their site that this hotel does not have a luggage store. So some people like us who stayed their specially for a long weekend, can not enjoy their little time at the fullest. Breakfast was very poor.

The air conditioning was not working until midnight.no coffee until 8 am

Location is super! 3 min walk from Lincoln str and nearest night-club Set, 7 min walk to the beach. Cleaning-lady is extremely friendly)

bad cleaning, we moved into the room with sand on the bed and every day there were a lot of hair in the bed after they changed. Towels are poorly washed. Keys to the rooms don't work, you need to slide at least 30 times to make it work, re-charging doesn't help. Staff is not friendly, not even 'hello' in the morning. The room stinked like there was a dead mouse under the bed... Breakfast is 1 cake with tea or coffee, actually after it we had to go and have breakfast outside. Bad sound isolation.

The location is the only nice feature of this hotel. There was one friendly lady at the front desk when we arrived.

The hotel needs a major renovation. Everything was old and not very clean. There was no hot water. The hotel must not be insulated and is very loud at night. We woke up every 15 minutes because people were screaming and stomping up and down the hallway, which is a wooden floor. Although we were originally impressed with the price, in the end we felt like we were ripped off. We were not well rested when we left and we felt really dirty .

It doesn't worth the price. Dirty, no breakfast as promissed, no TV working propperly as promissed, you can find 10 hotels in the area with much better services and comfort.

No parking, had to pay extra 80 dollars to park the car! Could herat everything that was happening in the hotel from our room! Moldy showers. Blocked shower head. Collapsed bed. Pillows with nothing to them. Could go on forever. Nothing like the picture

Nothing .not clean .old .. even when we checked out they refused to leave our bags with them for a while .. I dont know what they will offer more

I liked the location, price and hotel staff

I paid $25 for early check in ( 8.25 am)
