Park Central

Příjemná atmosféra hotelu, příjemný personál na recepci, veškeré fungující služby a příjemné restaurace. Ráda se opět do tohoto hotelu vrátím.

Môžem len odporučiť tento hotel, boli sme tam 10 dni v ramci vyletu po NY, umiestnenie je takmer v centre, kusok od central parku, boli sme velmi spokojni.

Recepce tmavá, nepříjemná, platí se za úschovu zavazadel, i když v hotelu jste týden a utratíte tak za pobyt hodně peněz.

I thought breakfast was included, and it's not. The woman at the check-in counter was not pleasant nor helpful when I inquired about being mislead about the pricing when booking. Everything is an individual cost, which is ok if expected. The room is not anything special.

I loved its central location! We were a stones throw from so many exciting places to visit - central park, times square, carnegie hall!!

Tea/Coffee making facilites would have been really appreciated in the bedrooms!

location was excellent the rooms were very nice comfy beds pillows great wanted to take them home.staff good gave good imformation and tips about amenities and restaurants.uncle jacks fantastic meal.

only moan was no tea and coffee faciliticies in the room.but there was a good coffee stand on the corner and also a starbucks

the best thing is the close position to time square and to the most famous shopping streets in manhattan

Very central, close to subways, beds comfortable, room size perfect, plenty of towels, room cleaned every day, aircon adjustable, window could be opened, business center/receptionist and respective manager very helpful. I was moved to another room without delay, after complaining about a bad smell in the first room I was in. If a cleaner knocked on the door and was asked to come back a bit later, that's what they did. Also, whatever I wanted to keep I left inside the closet and it was not thrown away. (I had read from other travellers that things left in the room were discarded despite a written note not to. Maybe one should take into consideration that not all people have been taught to read!)

The customer service guy (desk across the long check-in counter) was very unfriendly and did not like interruptions while talking to his co-worker (didn't get his name, but will remember his face for next visit and complain then). The first room I was in smelled like pee. I used room spray on it, the cleaner gave it an extra clorox wash, but the smell stayed. The hotel gave me another room without any trouble. The closets could use some lighting. Water pressure is low, but that reduces wastage.

hotel is perfectly located for anyone wanting to take in the sights that new york has to offer.rooms were clean and very spacy and had everything required for a comfotable stay.bed was comfotable and vary large and staff were very helpful and courteous.loved my time in the hotle and would recommend to anyone!!!
