Our room (king size) was very with a beautiful view and good space and comfort. Great bed with soft pillows, the breakfast was inklusive and very good. Central to everything; Restaurants, shopping, central park, times square, metro and so on. Don´t buy broadway tickets and so on in the store of the hotel - they are very expensive. But they have free maps and materials! It could have been nice with a coffiemashine in our room. |

Ligger meget centralt, pænt, rent men meget dyr. Sørg for at oplyse den fulde pris på internettet. Dum overraskelse når der lægges 20% oveni en i forvejen dyr pris. |

Den centrale beliggenhed. Ordentlig rengøring, især på badeværelset. Der bør være netadgang i hotellets eget regi og billigere. Hotellet bør bestemt IKKE tage en høj pris per stk. opbevaret baggage på afrejsedagen. |

Karbad er lidt overvurderet. På mit værelse var karbadet 35 cm højt !!! Ellers et glimrende valg og super beliggenhed. |

Beliggenheden var god og værelserne var gode. Større imødekommenhed når man beder om en ekstra seng (3 børn i et værelse). Mulighed for at lave egen kaffe på væreslet. Mulighed for internetrum. |

The location was great! The staff was good about compensating us and making up for the inconveniences that occurred. Breakfast was wonderful. The room was much bigger than we expected for NYC. They gave away our room with the King bed so we ended up with two full sized beds even though we had a reservation and could show them our comfirmation paperwork. They had overbooked. They compensated us by knocking off $60.00 off the room price. It took about 40 minutes for the valet to get our car as they had originally brought the wrong car. To compensate us, they did not charge us for the parking...another $39.00 plus tax savings. There was a moldy smell in the hotel, just not very fresh smelling, Room and linens were clean however! |

Perfect location, 2 blocks from Central Park, 5th Ave, across the street from Carnegie Hall, far enough from Times Square. Subway right out of the door. Plenty of Delis and restaurants around. Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Ridiculous charges for Wifi ($14/day), $1.25 per 1800 phone call, elevator took forever to stop at our floor in the mourning (I mean 15 min + !!!). Water in the shower had very low pressure, barely enough to shower. |

Location, room price, and the staff were all very good. The facility itself was well cared for. The restaurant was expensive as was the parking. |

Location in Theater District, close to many restaurants and Central Park. When we arrived at the hotel (22:30), the room was not available yet (housekeeping problems). We had to wait for several hours and finally got our room key at 01:00 at night. They tried to compensate this with free breakfast. After complaining, we paid only half for this night. They also stored our luggage for free. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. It was clean and the room we moved to had great views. The evening we checked into the hotel, they did not have a room available for 2 hours. From midnight until 2 am we waited for a room along with many other distressed patrons. They checked us into a room that did not have the amenites for which we had booked and paid on-line i.e. iron, TV remote, safe, etc. |

The location of the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Although not very big. Nobody seemed interested in us on arrival. they gave us the wrong room but they didnt seem to care. Just gave us another key. They offered no help at all. We knew nothing about New York and were disappointed at the reception we received. The staff were very cold and unfriendly. I definitely would not go back or recommend this hotel for these reasons. |

I arrived very late at night, and I got a bad room the explication: "it the last room left, tomorow morning ask for a new room". Price of wifi connection are not logic. |

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the location, it was about 10 min away from central park and only 15 from time square. Although this hotel had a multi million pound referb, it clearly did not show. The room had dirty carpet it was never cleaned during our stay. The bathroom was never cleaned properly. The staff where not interested in serving our needs. The outside of the hotel just looked like a building site. |

Good location: Central but not too busy; Safe and close to everything. The hotel served our needs very well. I think that we'll return. The bathroom could be cleaner, but overall it was fine. |
