Location, location, location!! First room was small and a bit dingy due to being at the back of building looking overlooking an alley, thus very little natural light. Also, the safe did not work but we were moved to a bigger, brighter room on a higher floor (17) the next day no probs. The only other complaint was we were charged $15 for a phone call even though it was to a toll free number but again quickly removed no probs. |

The staff was very friendly...made us feel welcome after a stressful day of travelling! The room was hot. Even after adjusting the temp, we could not sleep with any blankets. The room was also set up in a strange "C" shape, and the tv could not be viewed well by both beds. |

Absolutely nothing. The elevators are under construction? Its really noisy. The room smelled. The hotel was very nosy. It cannot accommodate large groups of people in which they have staying there. The walls are paper thin, elevators under construction, noisy, the room smelled, where's the flat screen tv? where's the desk? |
