The check in and check out system was very efficient. The concierge service was excellent. The rooms were quiet. The hotel room and bathroom were not very clean. The wall paper was peeling off, the skirting was grubby. Some of the towels were worn and even torn. The plastic soap holder and Kleenex-box holder should be replaced with something less cheap-looking. |

The location is superb. Starbucks practically next door. Metro stop around the corner. Slow elevator. Somewhat overpriced. |

Very central, a great buzz, exciting Lack of comfortable chair in bedroom. Very noisy at night both from corridor and street, even though room was on 14th floor on street side. |

The location is fantastic, 2 min walk from central park and mayor shopping district. Easy area to get around from, both by metro, taxi, and to/from airport. Our room was clean and comfortable, very easy to come and go when you want to drop of some shopping. Bar staff was very friendly. We did have an incident at booking. We wanted to book an extended stay for the weekend. The receptionist was quite unhelpful and said he would be unable to help us, that we had to call a number from our room. The phone in our room was dead, so we went to the consierge. He told us that we had to talk to the receptionist. That made us change to a different hotel. |

It was in a perfect location in the city as there was very little noise at night and located within walking distance to times square with a subway nearby if required for other locations |

The hotel was very central. We were able to walk just about everywhere from the hotel and a subway entrance was steps from the hotel. The elevator system drove us crazy! You had to press the floor number on a panel and were then told which elevator to get. You could not access any other floor but the one you called for. Many hotel guests grumbled about this system. |

Large room, 2 comfortable double beds, great location. Reception staff - depended who you dealt with. They were not always helpful and knowledgeable e.g. they weren't sure of Subway lines and directions from the Subway station outside the hotel. |

Good location to Times Square and Central Park. While I was there, there was the New York City Marathon going on. It is a very convenient hotel for the Marathon participants and families. There is no refridgerator in the room. The curtain cannot be drawn. |

The location is excellent, the staff was very nice and the service was good. Just a suggestion... it would be nice to have a coffee maker and coffee in the rooms. |

Rooms were clean, large and comfortable. The dining room did not have times of opening, and the menu and bar prices were very expensive. |

I did like the location of the hotel. Close to subway, times square and central park I didn't like the concierge staff, rude, unpolite and no respect.I reserve a Superior King Bed for my honey moon, I told the front desk person that I was on my honeymoon and when we got to the room it was a two beds room. I call the concierge and she didn't give me any apologise or explination, she said that there was no other room for us. I try to talk with the supervisor and the concierge told me that he was busy. After that I went downstairs to the front desk and the person over there fixed the problem right away. Staff should help guests, specially with people that just arrive and if the hotel made a mistake and not be rude or unpolite. Pablo V. |

I loved the fact that the beds had a mattress topper which made them very comfortable. The housekeeping service was excellent and staff friendly, Good concierge service Although there was a safe in our room; it was not working and we requested a technician on numerous occassions to fix it. We were promised a remedy - but this never happenned - this meant we had to carry all our cash and passports with us while on our travels |
