The staff was courteous, very helpful. Our rooms were airconditioned, the beds were comfortable, nice linen and they were cleaned very well daily for the 6 days we stayed. The bathroom was also nice and clean with plenty of hot water and clean towels daily. Very pleasant ambiance and an in house restaurant. Great location, very good value for money. Highly recommended for families. The TV channels were limited, but we did not stay in the rooms much. Its a very big hotel and some clients were noisy on our floor. The service could be more personalised at reception- a dedicated person to receive guests with a smile. |

The location is fantastic. Just across from Carnegie Hall, the theater district and a few blocks from Central Park. My room was small, however the bed was large and comfortable. Internet service is overpriced and didn't work in my room consistently. |

The location, the price, the size of the room (king bed) and the cleanliness. In addition, the lobby is design and lively. The elevators are old, too few, long waiting. In addition - which is inadmissible - wifi is not free. They charge you almost 20 USD per day. Similarly, the business center is ok, but you have to pay a lot (min. USD 5) for the use of every single device. |

The lobby and meeting rooms are very nice. They also have a very efficient check in/ check out system with the kiosks. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I absolutely despise the elevator system at this hotel. Also, my colleague had no towels in her room and when she called the front desk to request some, they were extremely rude to her. We were on a tight schedule that morning and I find it absurd that the hotel staff scoffed at her request for this basic service that one would find at any given motel. I will not stay at this hotel due to this experience. |

The location was very convient for both business and pleasure in New York City. The beds are also very comfortable. Checking in at 10 p.m. was very slow and our room was not ready. We requested 2 double beds on our reservation but they were not available for another hour - 11 p.m. The elevators did not function properly. There were waits of up to 15 minutes to get elevator service. The ice machines were not working on most floors in August. |

Again, the superb location, seems the best ! Front Desk again very unprofessional: " we can not help you to book/ extend your stay, please call from your room!" ( at Saturday, 10PM) The voicemail of the reseveration centre indicated as closed and refered to weekday operating hours ( MO-FR)! Btw this internal call was charged to my final bill!! The front desk stuff seems to be highly unprofessional and not keen on maintaining current hotel guests... Price for a king size bed from $180- 480 depending on the day... |

The hotel was in a prime location. I was pleased that I was able to have champagne on arrival and limo service from the airport arranged by the concierge Your advertisement stated great views from hotel room but we had an inside room with a view of 4 walls. I was expecting to show my wife a great view and simply didn't have one. My only complaint. |
