Good location Nice bed
Restroom problems No trash inside the restroom Cant flush the water in the toilet.
Such ideal locality, to get around the city to see tbe sight. I would be happy to use the hotel again. I had a nice experience.
No kettle or facility for a hot drink.
+ location + price
There is no mini bar coffee tea anything
Beds were very comfortable and choice of pillows Clean Location was superb Huge TV
No coffee maker in room
Awesome location. Clean and tidy.
The view into the inner pit is awfull -endless nights :D Though we didnt stay in the room for long.
Overall very nice
Hallways appeared little out of date. Rooms very small
Very noisy. Uncomfortable beds.
Responsiveness of staff Morning snack bar
Linens were consistently provided for 2 when we were a group of 4. Prices are out of control. No coffee pot/complimentary coffee
Every thing location and the hotel itself
Elvators were slow
Close to all the main attractions & Central Park
A/C did not function for most of our stay
The central location and the staff's eagerness to assist was something that will bring us back. Park Central was overall clean and updated.
No major downfalls for Park Central.....housekeeping needs to be a little more cautious in not allowing dust to build up around the walls of the room and making sure there are enough wash clothes and towels. The room prices were slightly steep but you pay for location...
I stayed in the Park Central for one night at the end of a very busy business trip. There were no king rooms so I was given a larger room on the 9th floor with twin queen size beds. The staff were very helpful and friendly from check in to departure. The room was clean and the bar was a perfect place to relax after a NY day. Staff helped me get a car to the airport and with my bags. Thank you very much
This hotel was perfectly located for everything. TImes Square about 2 min walk and Central Park about 5 min walk. Two subways at either corner which was really handy. Hotel room very spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Perfect after all the walking. Would def stay here again.
Can honestly say there is nothing I would find negative about this hotel.
Accessibility to key touristy spot
Housekeeping is pathetic and room has limited amenities.
no tea or coffee in the room
Hidden costs - USD 80 per night for facilities not requested such as free telephone. There was always a queue by the lift. Dark rooms
Central Location Quiet Room Clean & Tidy Very quiet adjustable air conditioning Friendly Staff Great looking inside Very close to subway station (without having to hear it all night)
slow elevator give guest service at least a day to fulfill any request do not expect to talk to friendly staff at the front desk.
location was excellent - price was cheap compare to the location -i recomand to try the restaurant "THE VIEW" in the top of Marriott hotel 200m from our hotel , and hard rock coffee at times square.
toilette very old as two star hotels- elevators should wait 10 minutes each time , only two elevators - magnetic key door doesn't work each day i should wait 20 minutes the service people to open the door for me - accessories in bathroom very poor , no bath shoes , no teeth product , no Robe de bain - service very slow - the dress of workers at the reception lobby was very cheap sports dress and cheap quality , u feel like you are in B to B ( bed and breakfast ) - pay attention from the bicycle taxi : 30 dollars to pick up me 50 meters from the door of the hotels to a shop !!! very strange !!! they wait the tourist to stoll there money
Good beds and bed linen.
The lifts were too few/slow and could not adequately service the designated floors. The staff was generally unhelpful.
Location is great and the hotel is really nice.
Wifi lost the signal as soon as we cross the door of the room. They give us a phone number to call, but they didn't fix it and gave us another number to call. That number was busy and offered the option to call us back. We were on vacation and it was kind of inconvenient having to deal with that when the problem was the signal, not our devices. So we only had internet at the door of the room for the whole week.
The decor was nice. The staff was friendly. The bathroom was bigger than the main room. And the hotel was clean.
I understand that space is a premium in New York City but the legroom between our dresser and our bed left bruises on my legs. There was about 5 inches (and that is generous) between the end of our bed and the dresser. Even in a small room better space planning could have been done. The handles stuck out cutting the leg room even further and my calves have bruises from the handles.
Bad lighting in room, no coffee/tea making facilities in room. Room overlooked inner square so no view, couldn't even see the sky!
Rooms dull and lighting poor. No light at all in the small walk-in cupboard. Needed to use a torch to see the clothes and the safe. View from room non-existent and windows of other rooms so close that the blind had to be kept drawn all the time. Poor value for money.
