Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés

A csap csepegett, nagyon hideg volt a szobában. A reggeliző helyiségben 25 EUR-t mondtak a büfé reggelire/ fő, a reggeli után viszont két főre 70 eur + adókat terheltek, mondván, a büfé csak a hideg reggelit tartalmazza. Ha valóban így van, akkor erről értesíteniük kellett volna, ahelyett, hogy azt mondták, hogy a mindent tartalmazó büfé reggeli 25 eur / fő.

Location is good.

First we booked a superior king room they placed us in a horrible old room with worn stained carpets that had two full size beds instead of one. We were too tired to complain and went to sleep. But this is not the worst. They have bed bugs!!!! We woke up at 4:30 feeling uncomfortable turned the light on and saw bites on our skin and a bed bug running on the sheets. We were able to capture it in a glass and showed it to the manager. You think they took measures? They shut us off, offered to fill out a complaint form and asked to leave because they needed to conduct their own investigation! It looks like they had to handle this kind of issues many times before since they reacted in a well prepared manner. It was our honey moon, we booked this hotel just for a single night and what a horrible outcome! The bites on my husbands arm got swollen up and were painful to touch. He had a bad allergic reaction. We ended up buying tons of creams, spending tons of money on dry cleaning and disinfecting our luggage! Just stay away. We are going to dispute the the charge and report this hotel to New York Department of Public Health on Mon.

The location is good, but the services is so poor

This is great location, do not need a car to get to main attractions. Keep in mind that every time you take your car from the hotel parking you have to pay daily rate of $43 for it, but I guess it is common for every hotel in the area. Subway is one block away.

Our room was tiny, could not find thermostat in the room, but were able to open the window :). Unfortunately, the carpet did not look vacuumed in days and bathroom floor was filthy.

Price quality was perfect. Perfect location near a subway station. Broadway and Central Park on walking distance. We booked this hotel with a flash deal.

There is no free internet in the lobby and you have to pay for storiage of your luggage.

Trash was left on passage way to my room. Restroom of Lobby floor was dirty!

Good location, nice view from the upper floor rooms, central park is just few blocks away

High price for small rooms with no bathrobes, internet 15$ per day, no minibar or fridge, lots of people everywhere

Convenience to Central Park, Broadway and Times Square. The price of the hotel room was very good for what I paid, but the size of the room was not what I expected due to the was not what I expected according to the suggested price of the room. The hotel staff tried to accommodate my needs. I would stay there again.

It was very conveniently located to all the areas that we needed to get to. Room was quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast service in the Cafe was very slow and a bit overpriced.

Really old and tired hotel. Dark black depressing lobby filled with hundreds of kids. Clean bed and outstanding location but it's in serious need of renovation!!! If you can look past the tired, tired state of the place, it's good value.

After reading many bad reviews about the park central I was both anxious and nervous at the thought of what I had booked. However we were delighted with the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean and exactly what you needed after many hours wlkin around the sights of New York!!! Would definitely recommend the hotel!!!!

Didn't like the fact that we couldnt get a late check out despite the willingness to pay extra!... Having to vacate the hotel at 12:00 when our flight wasn't until 22:00 was extremely disappointing.
