カーネギー・ホールおよびリンカーン・センターに近く、便利でした

トイレット・ペーパーをもっと柔らかい・ソフトなものにして欲しい。

立地は申し分ない。特にリンカーンセンター、カーネギーセンターに歩いていけるのは良い。セントラルパークにも近い。

禁煙室だったのですが、（全館禁煙）洗面室（浴室）がタバコ臭かったです。部屋の設備は、まあまあかなというところで、一泊約２５０ドルという値段からするとそんなに割安ではないように思いますが、立地からしてこのくらいの値段はしょうがないのかも。

コストパフォーマンスは低いです。おかげさまで通常料金よりかなり安く泊まれましたが。

チエックアウトの列に並んでから、バレーで車が出てくるまで１時間以上かかりました。来たときも寒かったからなのかドアマンがおらず、車を路駐してフロントまで聞きに行かなければならなかったという酷さ。もう２度と利用しません。

ロケーションもよく快適に過ごしました。お部屋もきれいにクリーニングされています。機会があればまた利用したいです。

下の欄に記しますが、あまり良いイメージはありません。

チェックインが真夜中になったのですが、もともと古いホテルであるわりにリノベーションもされていてきれいかな？と思って部屋に入ると、明かりがつかない。ＴＶを見ようとしたらコントローラーが無い。シャワー浴びたらへやドライヤーが壊れたまま取り外されたまま、代わりのドライヤーも無いというひどい状況でした。もちろん、対応はされましたが、深夜にチェックインしてこんな状況でいちいち来てくれた人にチップを何度も払わねばならない負担はいかがなものでしょうか？

交通の便は最高によかった。周辺も比較的便利に食べたり買い物調達できる。サービスの人当たりは気取り過剰でもなく、適度に礼儀良く最後までそう悪くなかった。FITNESS　ROOMは利用しやすく夜景を見ながら楽しめた。

エレベーターが数の割りに運行しなかったり　遅かった。たまたまか自分の部屋の電話が使い辛く、ミニバーも部屋の温度個人調節もないのががっかり。タバコの臭いが周辺の部屋からすぐにしてきた。

Excellent location. Walking distance to to many of New York main attractions.Good value for maney.

The location was great! The staff was good about compensating us and making up for the inconveniences that occurred. Breakfast was wonderful. The room was much bigger than we expected for NYC.

They gave away our room with the King bed so we ended up with two full sized beds even though we had a reservation and could show them our comfirmation paperwork. They had overbooked. They compensated us by knocking off $60.00 off the room price. It took about 40 minutes for the valet to get our car as they had originally brought the wrong car. To compensate us, they did not charge us for the parking...another $39.00 plus tax savings. There was a moldy smell in the hotel, just not very fresh smelling, Room and linens were clean however!

Location, room price, and the staff were all very good. The facility itself was well cared for.

The restaurant was expensive as was the parking.

The room was big enough; the bed was very comfortable, it was quiet and the service was excellent.

Professional and helpful staff. Comfortable and well maintained room. Great fitness facilities. Ideally located for a New York sightseeing trip.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It was clean and the room we moved to had great views.

The evening we checked into the hotel, they did not have a room available for 2 hours. From midnight until 2 am we waited for a room along with many other distressed patrons. They checked us into a room that did not have the amenites for which we had booked and paid on-line i.e. iron, TV remote, safe, etc.
