The room was very dark and we couldn't control the heating and it was quite warm and uncomfortable in the room. Also the lobby is quite dark. |

Good location to Times Square and Central Park. While I was there, there was the New York City Marathon going on. It is a very convenient hotel for the Marathon participants and families. There is no refridgerator in the room. The curtain cannot be drawn. |

The location is excellent, the staff was very nice and the service was good. Just a suggestion... it would be nice to have a coffee maker and coffee in the rooms. |

Rooms were clean, large and comfortable. The dining room did not have times of opening, and the menu and bar prices were very expensive. |

I did like the location of the hotel. Close to subway, times square and central park I didn't like the concierge staff, rude, unpolite and no respect.I reserve a Superior King Bed for my honey moon, I told the front desk person that I was on my honeymoon and when we got to the room it was a two beds room. I call the concierge and she didn't give me any apologise or explination, she said that there was no other room for us. I try to talk with the supervisor and the concierge told me that he was busy. After that I went downstairs to the front desk and the person over there fixed the problem right away. Staff should help guests, specially with people that just arrive and if the hotel made a mistake and not be rude or unpolite. Pablo V. |

I loved the fact that the beds had a mattress topper which made them very comfortable. The housekeeping service was excellent and staff friendly, Good concierge service Although there was a safe in our room; it was not working and we requested a technician on numerous occassions to fix it. We were promised a remedy - but this never happenned - this meant we had to carry all our cash and passports with us while on our travels |

walking around to the rest of the avenues and the central park is kind of unforgetable things which make you happy only if you add some more items such as frig,cofee maker.....etc |

Location - only 3 blocks from Central Park and within walking distance of many places of interest. Subway on next block for longer trips. No tea and coffee making facilities in room |

Closeness to main attractions and sights, such as Central Park, Empire State Building, Times Square and more The attitude of the employee that signed us in to the hotel. He said the room type we ordered was not available for the first night and that we would stay in another room, just like that was no problem. I also don't like how expensive the internet connection is. |

The room was big, compared with reviews I have heard about New York hotel rooms being cramped and small. Breakfast was not included in the room price and you had to pay to use the internet which was expensive ($5 for 14 mins) |

the location was good, close to subway, times square and central park and many other midtown attractions. My room was spacious. My room had absolutely no personality, and it was pretty costly, even thought I got it at 50% discounted rate. At the price I was paying I would expect more of a homely feel. |

Location was superb and hotel in general was very comfortable with good facilities. The shower was not the most modern piece of bathroom equipment and the water pressure was very poor. |

Fairly good value for New York. Good location to where I needed to go. Way to few elevators for volume of business. Wait at times exceeded 15 minutes. |

We had a great stay at this hotel very comfortable and clean. We were pleasantly suprises by how close it was to Time Square down one way and Central Park down the other. Would highly recommed it, great value for money. |

Location was very good and the rooms were well appointed and very clean the lobby was big and comfortable.. very close to Subways. The rooms were way too hot and there was no way of controlling temperature despite asking. The front desk staff were generally pretty rude or could not really be bothered to go out of their way to help you. |

Excellent location, huge room ( I think we had the disabled room) and bathroom. Very clean, quite and very comfortable bed and pillows. Only one lift bank so at times there was a long wait. |
