Location. The air conditioning was not working upon our arrival and did not work for the first 3 days of our stay but, the weather was cool enough for us to keep a window cracked and it was ok. The hotel offered to refund our fee if we needed to purchase a fan for our comfort which was very kind. |

It was too hot. The air conditionar did not work. And, the staff did not even inform us about it. |

Closeness to amenities The room was stuffy and very expensive for the quality. The towels were old. There was no complimentary coffee in the room. Very poor service I must say |

Air conditioner was broken.Hardly slept. I was told that the A/C will be fixed.It never was fixed. Went across the street to the Dream Hotel and the A/C was working great. |

Location, Location... Room really spacious. Air Conditioner wasn't working properly & was really hot inside the room & the elevators were a problem because they have 8 elevators 4 on each side only had one on each side working & sometimes just one side of the building was working. |

Reasonable roomsize, clean room, room for luggage (not always standard in NY...) View in the room (concrete wall), quite thin walls |

easy access to central new york only one elevator on our side of the hotel ( 26floors ) , no tea and cofee facilities making facility in the room, partly renovated hotel |
