Park Central

Yeri harika .ama otel calisanlari neyazikki cabuk servis veremiyorlar . christmas zamani oldugu icin daha toleransli olmak lazim diye dusunuyorum. Genelde ben memnun kaldim.tekrar bu otelde kalabilirim.

Servis icin daha deneyimli kisileri alsinlar ama benim sikayetci olacak bir olayim olamdi.

personel biraz daha yumuşak veya güler yüzlü olabilir

Comfy beds, good location, friendly doorman, and nice tv.

I thought breakfast was included, and it's not. The woman at the check-in counter was not pleasant nor helpful when I inquired about being mislead about the pricing when booking. Everything is an individual cost, which is ok if expected. The room is not anything special.

I loved its central location! We were a stones throw from so many exciting places to visit - central park, times square, carnegie hall!!

Tea/Coffee making facilites would have been really appreciated in the bedrooms!

location was excellent the rooms were very nice comfy beds pillows great wanted to take them home.staff good gave good imformation and tips about amenities and restaurants.uncle jacks fantastic meal.

only moan was no tea and coffee faciliticies in the room.but there was a good coffee stand on the corner and also a starbucks

room was clean and spacious-gym was very good too

only that I couldn't get coffee to go from the resturant

The room was clean and had a lovely comfortable bed. Fantastic location and adequate accomodation for the price (as long as luxury is not on your wish list)

The room itself was "tired" with peeling wallpaper. The bath tap was not securely fixed to the wall and the bath was unusable due to a faulty plug which I reported straight away the morning after we arrived. I was disappointed at returning from a busy day to find it still not tended to....it was rectified after I reported it again that evening.......and then telephoned to chase it up. An inconvenience which did not ruin our stay. The fitness room would benefit greatly from an air conditioning unit...it was airless and not suitable to use for any real exercise without opening the windows and enduring an icy blast of outside air!!

great location, big room

The rooms were very warm, clean and comfortable with a large telly. The location is ideal for someone on a city break. But, above all, ther best part was the staff on the consierge desk who were so helpful and patient no matter what the querry. Their advice greatly improved the quality of our stay in New York.

The staff at the check in desk were not the most welcoming and, when we were checking out, the staff seemed distracted and engaged in their own conversation, not listening to what I was saying to them. Rooms would also be improved by having a kettle to make hot drinks such as tea or coffey--or at least having tea, coffee and hot chocolate available at all open times in the bar and restaurant.

Friendly & informative staff - very clean rooms and bathrooms. Very nicely equipped with drawers, hangers & evan an iron incl board. Though breakfast buffet was a bit expensive it was worth it. Very central for shopping, theather, museums and restaurents

I liked the fact that the Hotel was walking distance from New York Attractions such as Central Park, Times Square and Broadway to name a few. The hotel staff were all very friendly and polite, with the rooms very clean and a nice TV.
