Very well run hotel in an excellent location for Midtown and fot Uptown museums. Great for public transport with a direct line fromJFK 2 blocks away. $14 per day wifi charge is not acceptable. As the breakfast is quite expensive a Bed and Breakfast rate would be a very good idea.

The pin in the carpet that pricked my husband's foot. The non working elevator that forced us down several flights of stairs with small children and on the last day with lots of heavy luggage. The room service that arrived with cold food. The room service that took three hours to bring glasses and then woke my kids. Should I go on? Worst hotel in which I have ever stayed. I would never ever stay at Park Central again, not even if it were free.

I liked the location. I did not like my room. The air conditioner did not work well. The water in the shower/tub did not went trough the first day and it was not well cleaned. I would'n pay again 300 dlls for a room like this if it was'nt for the location

Great location, confortable room and good breakfast. Air conditioner didn't work too well (for heating or cooling). One day, we returned to the hotel at 9pm and the room wasn't done yet. At least we received three breakfast vouchers as a courtesy.

The location was very good. The size of the room by NY standards was good,although bathroom was a little old but you cant have it all for that price and location.I know of much trendier,newer hotels but generally you cant swing a cat in these rooms,they are so small so I prefer to go for an older hotel with a larger size room even though I was travelling along.Its what I personally prefer.

I was taking a cruise the next day, and the hotel was priced well and in a convenient location. The room's climate control was noisy and ineffective. I ended up opening the windows, since the temperature control wasn't working.
