from the time we entered we were treated with professionalism. The service and accommodations were the best we have had up to this point in our getaways. we left happy and refreshed.
How clean the condo was. The great view. And the staff was great. We will be back.
The resort was fantastic! We have a family of 10 and rented a 2 bedroom suite and had plenty of room. The kids loved swimming and other activities at the activity center and they can't wait to come back! They also loved the Cambriolet tram!
All of the activities the Canyons has to offer are so expensive. I wished there were more eating/restaurant options at the resort.
Every staff member I had contact with was so respectful and friendly. I was very impressed with the professionalism exhibited. The unit went far beyond any expectations I had prior to my first visit. We had everything we needed and more! The Adult Relaxation Pool was a favorite!
It would have been convenient to have a luggage cart near the elevators in the parking, although we managed.
Very much like a home and comfortable. So much better than any hotel. Thank you!
Layout of room. Trek thru facility to get to room.
views size of balcony
lights out needed toiletries to be provided phone needed in main kitchen area paper and pens needed addtl CD's needed Westgate most difficult to find way parking-horrid
having 5 pools to choose from was great
the average depth was 3 ft this is the depth of a kiddie pool. very difficult to swim in..
The room was very nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. It had a steam shower that was to die for! We enjoyed being located right at the base of the mountain.
The hotel is VERY large and it was hard to find your way around. It was loud, there seemed to always be staff working all around you.
Our one bedroom condo was very nice. The steam shower was wonderful. We liked the convenience of using on-site or nearby public transportation to enjoy summer time Park City activities. The resort also has lots to do.
The all-in-one clothes washer/dryer in the unit just didn't get our clothes dry. We ended up air drying them.
It was small but it worked just fine, for us.
The beds could of been a lot softer other than that it was a great stay.
There was a girlie magazine under the bed and my teenager found it. She will never be able to have innocent eyes from what she saw. Totally unacceptable!
Cleanliness, staff, complimentary WIFI, Valet Services. The condo was very well decorated and had all we needed.
Walking distance to gondola, zip line and farmers market. The one bedroom room we had was perfect! Wished we stayed longer.
Pool was too shallow but other than that we had a perfect vacation.
The directions to get into the parking garage were terrible. The map that was given was not specific, and once we found how to get in we were lost in the hotel itself. We were not the only ones...
The actual condo space was clean and updated. The facilities offer several pool choices with sauna and steamroom. The setting is spectacular due to mountainside. If you love the outdoors, then this location is perfect. Hiking, biking, tennis, swimming and enjoying nature is abundant.
The entire complex was a maze of hallways and buildings connecting to one another. Many people would get lost and need directions for their condo. The accessibility is time consuming with having to park then travel up hallways leading to elevators for your given floor. They did have free valet parking; but tipping a valet each time got costly.
It was a beautiful facility with lots of things to do. The staff was always helpful and happy.
It was quite a trek to park then get to our room. The layout was confusing.
Everything we needed in one place, beautiful.
Parking was a long distance from the rooms.
Excellent space with 4 king size beds and 3 queen pull out couches. Beautiful view, and fun hot tub!
Everything except parking
Loved the indoor-outdoor pool. Great for children.
We loved the location and the accommodation worked well for our needs. We enjoyed our stay.
There were dirty cleaning towels left on the counter and the tables were really dusty. It took a little cleaning up before we felt comfortable.
*room (1 bedroom suite) was clean and roomy. *nice kitchen area with full sized refridge / freezer. *bed was very comfortable. *indoor adult spa was nice.
*check-in problems related to being a private room. *front desk gave me wrong room so I had to change the following day. *compact car parking garage was VERY difficult to manage...and I drive well. If you have ANY problems driving in tight spaces, park in the general parking deck, not the compact car area. *carpet in hallways....maybe 50 years old?
Liked the size of the unit, the veiw, and the kindness of the staff.
Remotes for televisions were not very responsive, toilet handle was broken, parking garage was tidious, room was dusty.
love the mountains and the quick access to all that i like to do.
wold have liked a bigger kitchen table
