Very handy to the IT hubs of San Jose, Cupertino and Palo Alto.
The office should open earlier than 7:30 in the morning.
I've been there in Milpitas 3 times and I only stay at Milpitas Inn. Quite, comfortable, clean. The staff always nice. If you need something, they are rite there to serve. Thank you Milpitas Inn. I'll be back for sure.
Nothing. It was great.
The facilities are adequate for the business traveler that is not looking for luxury but is looking for wi-fi, a good bed, and a good location just a mile from the Great Mall.
Location, convenience, price, friendly staff
Room was dated and in need of an update, bed was not very comfortable, and perhaps one of the worst breakfasts I have seen.
The price is perfect! The staff is amazing. If you have any issue they are right there to right the situation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Nothing. Everything was great.
Friendky staff. Excellent price.
Location to my business needs is perfect. Basic hotel room; older amenities.
Upon entering the hotel room, I noticed that the sheet on the bed had some weird stains. Asked for a new sheet, but housekeeper was gone, so I was given the sheet to put on myself. Iron was not working either. Towel had a makeup stain on it.
Location was close to transit, the Great Mall transit center, and close to many restaurants, grocery , and close access to freeways. It had a wall and was not next to any noisy plaza, so it was quiet and had an elevator, and had wi-fi and a refrigerator, and the towels were clean. There was a free breakfast and good coffee.
My only complaint was the carpet still had a few spots that was missed, and there was a hair on the wash counter, and the desk top and night stands still had smudges.
Location and front desk personnel (customer service) bat
Bathroom/Shower room. Need upgrade and hot water from the shower was on and off.
affordable for traveling for work
Room space and cooking equipment
Too low breakfast quality. Not enough bread, no jam,, eggs or salted things at breakfast... and NO tea !!!
reserved a non-smoking and was given an smoking room; quite disppointed.
location, friendly staff
Far from clean, and not clear that bed-sheets had been freshly changed. Possibly due to last-minute booking. Breakfast included, but very basic.
Bed was extremely comfortable
Close to my family and Great America
They tore out their parking lot, not alot of room for you to get around, Police were there Friday Night and told us to make sure we locked everything up because some drunk dude walking around breaking into cars. Saturday night someone stole our sons Ipad right out of his hand (Yes thats califorina I guess) But they seem to allow everyone to hang out in their stair cases and such. We requested they turn on the Hot tub, they told us no, takes to much time to heat up and they were going to just be closing the pool area in two n a half hours. REALLY who does that. The breakfast was a joke. The coffee they had in the rooms was gross, and the room actually was flithy. I know you get what you pay for but come on this place could really be nice if the people actually care about their customers and cleaning it properly. OH and the water in the shower. Hot cold then SCOLDING HOT then freezing cold, weirdest thing ever. So no we would never go back again and we go to Milpitas every other year.I could probably go on and on and on.
Close to the 880 and the 680 highways and close to the great mall and the Spring valley golf course
The hotel was having parking lot construction which was inconvenient.
There were a lot of people hanging around the outside and parking lot during late hours.
Room smelled like cigarettes even though we were told it is non-smoking. No towels in the room, bathroom window screen was off the window and on the bath room floor. The room cost over $100.- and it looked like a cheap Motel 6.
Beds were comfortable. Carpet were cleaned,.drapes were change to take out smoky odors
Book a non smoking room. Wife could not sleep because of the smoke oder. Book for 4 adults. Housekeeping kept giving us only 3 bath towels even after we notified front desk.
Room size was good. Clean. Not bad for the price.
Management was very rude and disrespectful. One of my rooms had horrible curtains. Very old and beat up. You could see right through them. There was a guy knocking on everyone's door. A group of men stood outside my room partying until after midnight. When I asked for a different room over the phone they were ok with it. When I showed up to 10 minutes later per their request to change my room it was a very different story. The manager continued to yell at me in a threatening manner after I told him to leave me alone several times and not to talk to me that way.
Friendly staff. Large room.
Cracked bathroom window and worn fixtures in bathroom, bed was broken on one side, dirty carpet, poor lighting, only some of the outlets worked. Breakfast was pathetic and staff left a "back in 10 minutes" sign during peak check-out hours.
The pool was nice. The location was great.
The hour tub was always cold. There were only 8tv channels that actually worked and 4 of them were 24/7 news. The breakfast was very plain considering what they say they offer. Juice tasted too sweet like Tampico and eggs were hard boiled and one big tub for butter with toast and waffle maker. I asked for extra blankets & pillows & the night staff said they didn't have to ask in the morning. There were 3 cop cars one night there and they arrested someone. The water in the shower burned my daughter's back because it kept going from super hot to cold which was ridiculous.
It is close to MEPS.
The continental was basically bread and tang. The worst ever.
